What is the worst part of taking an exam? Getting the result (story of a student).

My friend's result is going to be announced tomorrow, matters a lot to him so he asked me if he will get anything good to tell

Tower as the middle card looks good, specially with Book, it means the university. There are Flowers on the other side. Tower means official or authority but it also means independence and self-reliance.

Lilies - Flowers means a head-to-head or lots of happiness and harmony.

Tower - Book  is my combination for University and
Book - Ship is a change not known yet.

So basically I see excitement he is anticipating an improvement and there is coming a change, of permanent nature, which is not revealed yet.

Update: I was very right in this. He is not the happiest with his result, but he has been motivated on a different level for taking another stab at it. It was exactly how I put it. Not what he wanted to know, but not exactly worst of the times too.

Where is he busy tonight?

So this person I'm wondering about has been off since morning today and its very unusual for him. I just wanted to know what my cards say because I will ask him eventually and see how it matches my reading.

Update: This turned out to be his work & some personal matters he had to take care of. I ended up having a huge argument with him "how long does it take to type a text message saying "I'M busy" but he is the Tower-Heart kind of guys AKA workaholic. My idea was right, he was actually busy with work.

What to expect on the date

So Sarah and J have a date and she wants to know about it.

Q: What should I expect on my date with J?

A: The theme card is Letter, which is all about news, mail. As a theme reading I think he is going to tell her something important.
Tree - Snake looks like a complicated boredom. Tree in love and date questions has often represented something which is slow and boring. Besides that this can also be a complicated illness.
Ring-Key is a very positive sign. It looks like there is a definite stronger connection between them. The Key in the end looks very promising next to the ring.
Snake-Letter-Ring shows that this lady (Sarah) wants some information about her relationship.

Reflection:
Tree-Key shows there is definitely some growth happening, though slow but its there.

Thoughts of Ex-lover

Line of Five has always been a favourite of mine because of its simplicity and to the point answer. Sarah has been in a relationship for about a year now but these days specially she finds herself thinking about her ex lover with whom she has not been in touch for about 2 years now. They broke up 4 years ago so there is no chance for them to be back together yet she finds herself wondering, rather wishing if he will message her someday. Her question is: why am I still thinking about him?

Dog - Rider as the first two cards, confirm that her thoughts are on this guy from past.Dog-Mountain, this person is someone with whom things were not easy or we can say telepathy is at work and this guy is in problem. Dog- Heart shows she is still having feelings for him and she is still in love with him, at least a part of her is. Dog - Letter shows we can expect a message from him. May be just a friendly message.

Rider - Mountain is news not coming, this news can be something from far away, since both Rider and Mountain sound "foreign". This guy from past lives far away, so may be she needs to just hear from him. Rider-Heart , yes she needs to hear from this person because she is still having a soft corner for him in her heart. Rider - Letter = a document, probably an email, will come by from this person.

Mountain - Dog she worries about this person . Mountain- Rider this person has caused some blockages in her life. Mountain - Heart the blockages are related to the matter of expressing love. Mountain - Letter there is no message, news from this person.

Dog - Rider is a friend who is coming over, or thoughts on a friend and Heart-Letter reflecting it says that there is a desire to send a message to this person.

Middle card answers the question, Mountain, blockages, delays and stress. She needs to release her feelings of love towards him, probably by writing to him since writing is one of the best therapies I have tried, specially in cases like this. Once she releases what she is holding inside, she will stop thinking about him.

Q: What is the plot of this movie I'm going to watch?

Tree - Snake - Child - Fox - Clover

The Child in the middle tells me the theme of the movie is a young girl. The Fox shows she is sly or she is very shrewd. The Snake also shows she is extremely dangerous, complicated and clever. Both Fox and Snake around her make her very clever and smart, yet cold and aloof.

Tree could mean the plot is slow moving. There are complications which take time to reveal themselves and a lady is assisting in, may be, discovering something about the younger lady (Snake - Fox). Clover in the end shows that by the end , a hint of luck helps discovering or getting away with something (Fox - Clover).


Update:
I slept without updating this but throughout the movie I was thinking about this spread and its accuracy and my prediction. The movie actually is about this young girl who is dark, mysterious, gothic (Snake) and she is extremely good at detective work (Fox). She assists the guy in solving a really old mystery (Snake-Fox) and the mystery gets resolved very very late in the movie when an idea just strikes the guy. In the end we see her moving on with her life (Fox - Clover). The guy says about her "she has a rough life" which is explained by Tree-Snake and she makes her way towards good days using her really clever ideas and she even uses a mask, a get-up to achieve that (Fox -Clover). She uses fake passports and fake name etc. She was really thin and slender (Snake) and foxy (Fox).


Tree - Child - Clover, after a period of wait and patience, she finally gets lucky and she makes sure she gets the most out of it. 


The cards were very accurate yet again!

Movie night and Lenormand

I did a quick Line of Five to ask what the movie I'm going to watch tonight be about.

Line of Five for movie plot

First thing I noticed, There is King of Hearts at one end and Queen of Hearts at the other and rest of the cards lie between them. The story is about a guy and a girl, possibly a couple (Suit of Hearts). The lady is interested in the guy but the guy is facing away, not interested. The card in the middle is Ring, which is a relationship or a contract. The presence of Letter shows its a contract. Ring + Tree can be a long-term contract or a karmic connection. House - Letter shows that there is contract for house which later changes to a strong relationship. The Storks in the end shows things change a lot towards the end.Ring + Tree also means life-long partnership which brings improvements.

Both Letter and Tree are 7 of Spades and Tree. Two 7's mean life change.

Update: The movie was about a girl who is determined to have her own wedding planning company. She meets this guy who helps her out and they start the company. They have a strong bond and one night when they are drunk they make love. The girl falls in love with the guy but the guy avoids her after that (Queen facing towards King and King facing away). She breaks the contract and throws him out. After a long time of playing around and failing they come together again and things are happy afterwards.

Reconciliation, possible or Not? (Updated)

This spread has been done for a lady F who has been married for about 3 years now. The marriage has seen a few good days and mostly bad ones. She has moved out since last week and has been staying with us since then. She asked me if there will be a reconciliation with her husband. The matter which is the point of argument between them is another young lady who is her relative by marriage.

Q: Will there be a reconciliation between F and her husband?

Pre-chosen : Ring

Rider - Storks - Ring - Heart - Mice

There has been a message which caused some improvement in the past. A relative from the other side tried to sort the matter between them. In the coming influences there is a clear heartache. I do see a reconciliation any time soon and a change is on the horizon. With Mice ending the line, it will not be something most welcome.If I take Queen of Hearts as her and the Jack of Hearts as him, looks like he is trying to work things out but she is not (she is facing away from him). Storks - Ring - Heart tells that the marriage will be saved after an improvement. The love however, may not be the same.

Update: A message came by from the husband's side, a middle man who offered his services for hearing the story from both sides and trying to bring both families on a table and put the concerns out. This has been the only improvement in the matter so far.

With the same question in mind, this time without pre-choosing any card, I dealt five cards:

Flowers - Garden - Moon - Lady - Man

woowwhh! Flower and Garden is obviously a good sign. The Moon in the middle suggests that there will be success. Moon - Lady tells me that may be her mother will play an important role in this. Flower - Garden suggest a happy meeting, some chat and then matter reaching conclusion. The story says they might get an invitation to a party at night and they come across each other. The only thing which concerns me here, is that Lady and Man both are facing away from each other. So may be they reach reconciliation but things remain a little colder between them for quite sometime. We have two 8s and 2 Aces in this spread. Two Aces say leadership and authority and two 8's mean pleasure and good time.

Opinions and suggestion are welcome.

Update: There has a been a reconciliation recently. They have moved back together and I have no clue whether they have sorted their differences out or not yet but apparently things look good. The Moon was obviously pointing towards success, her mother played a really important part. A really charming man was also a dominant party to the reconciliation. 

Is he seeing another woman?

This Line of Five was done when I asked "M" about his being so busy and occupied these days and he started acting all secretive.

Q: Is he romantically involved with another woman?

Man was pre-chosen to anchor the reading.

Anchor - Fish - Man - Tree - Garden

No woman, no cards for love, dating, romance , nothing. I do see work and social responsibilities though.

Anchor is the card of work and Fish, the finances. He works in a financial institute, so I can sense he has been plenty busy with his work, and possibly the work connections (Anchor - Garden). The Fish - Tree shows work being slow and steady. It can also mean that in the past, he has been too much busy with the work, and now he is taking some rest.

Interesting part of the reading, all these four cards are surrounding him, in my monthly GT which I drew weeks ago here.

Line of Five for them two fools

This spread was done for me and a friend with whom I have reconnected after about 6 months.

Q: What does he want with me?

I didn't say "from" me because that bit I already know.

Man card was pre-chosen to focus the reading on him.

Three court cards and two significators, one of them pre-chosen.

All court cards are facing away from each other. The Man and Lady however face each other and the card which lies between them is Fish. Fish card is the card of prosperity, indulgence, even addiction, obbsession and the card which gives us a feeling of something deep, so deep that its hard to interpret using logic. This card between us, shows that we do share a deep soul connection. The question is about him, so he wants plenty of me, literally. 

The other side, which shows the influences from past, House + Snake, which is read as , reaching someone crabwise. This is what he has been doing so far. He had been trying to express his point to me, indirectly for last 3 years. The Snake card appears near him often, so it can be a strong-willed woman around him. 

Man + House = man is family-oriented

Man + Snake = Man is with a woman

Man + Fish = Man is financially prosperous

Man + Lady = both significators, in harmony.

I'm not sure I get the House + Snake properly. Opinions are welcome please.

Pre-exams reading

This reading was done in first week of May regarding my exams.

Q: How will my exams go?

Whip + Snake + Book + Fish + Roads

Book was pre-selected for exams. 

Line of Five with Pre-chosen middle card

First thing, All cards except the pre-chosen card, are court cards. A couple from same suit. The Jack and Club are not facing each other, a disagreement and an argument. The King and Queen of Diamonds are facing each other, a strong bond.

This shows me if this is about the disagreement between me and a class mate and if it will be resolved during exams. 

Whip + Snake is usually an eloquent man. Whip is also the card of trouble, and Snake the complications. Not a good sign.

Fish + Roads = This usually means income from two sources, but in terms of exams, it will simply means because confused because of the MCQs. In my exams 50% of the question are Multiple Choice Questions. The thing with these kind of questions is that if you get it right, you get full marks, if you get it wrong, you lose it all. I have some love-hate feelings for this kind of questions (depends how many I answered correctly). So basically there is an equal chance, a 50% probability to win or lose it all.

Book + Snake could means trouble in exams, twisted questions etc

Book + Fish = indulgence in exams, being inside a bubble kind of feelings

Whip and Roads are the cards of Two's. Trouble lies in not knowing which one to choose. Conflict, choices, options, problems! You get the picture.

Snake + Fish = well, plenty of problem.

The spread is not positive at all. I see trouble in first 2 cards, and not knowing which option is better in last two cards. My exams were exactly that. Most of the questions caught me off guard. I'm not very studious type, but I manage to ace the class. I do not give myself another option. The exams, 5 courses, were all a mix. Some were good, some were bad. In one particular question I knew the answer, but I skipped the given details, and I ended up answering it wrong. Only later I realized that Ethernet can be extended using repeaters, only you cannot use more than 4 repeaters. See, I knew the answer and yet I answered it wrong, because I skipped the detail and question was twisted (Book + Snake).

I will throw me another spread to ask about the result.

Looking at the cards one by one
Lady is me, I don't have doubt

Garden can be a public place, a gathering, or simply a social networking site.

Ring is a relationship, a bind so strong that its hard to break. Ring has also represented routine tasks, a cycle you have to go through everyday.

Mice are small worries that are eating at you, that are causing stress.

Mountain is the major and huge hindrances, blockages and delays. Mountains are harder to climb than the other cards. This card has appeared in my Daily Draws a lot, in my weekly draw and now here too. I'm actually feeling very much stuck in a situation. I'm feeling like I have no way out.

Lady - Garden = A socially active woman, an outgoing, extrovert lady. I'm not very extrovert, but I do feel a lot like going to a park, closer to nature these days.In my LWB it says, a lady in public

Garden - Ring = A wedding ceremony. I have been invited to two wedding ceremonies this month. I did not attend one, I might attend the other though.In terms of routine, it can be the usual routine tasks that need to be performed should be done so.in LWB it says it can be a new relationship, a social agreement.

Ring - Mice = A relationship slowly being eaten at, a relationship with holes. A relationship that is broken, not intact anymore.

Mice -Mountain = Whatever is to the right of Mice is what is going to stay for a longer time. The Mountains are these blockages I'm feeling and these are stressing me out. Looks like I'm here for a while.

Using mirroring: Lady - Mountain = A blockage for woman, stressed woman

Garden - Mice = A cancelled event, a negative event

Interpretation: I feel like escaping, socialising, meeting people, I actually want to go to the wedding as well, but it looks like either the event will be cancelled or I'm too stressed and worried, and everything in blocked till I climb the mountain over. In the past I have had some social life, right now I'm just going in a circle (Ring) and in the future there are worries and blockages.

Angel Meditation:
I wanted to do this for many days, I was just not having a mind quiet enough to perform this meditation. Today I did it. I was lying down, listening to everything around, in my head I was lying down in a meadow, surrounded by green trees, red roses, purple lilies and green grass. I was inhaling the smell of roses and I could feel the cool breeze touching my cheeks. I saw a ray of light on the sky and then something appeared there, coming towards me. It had honey coloured hair, white wings, and perfect calm face, with a soothing smile. It was bare-feet and wearing a white long robe. It came near me and sat on a rock. I went closer and put my head in its lap. It felt very very calming and all of sudden I was not worried any more.  It started running its fingers through my hair. I lifted my head up and asked it some question which it answered with very calm voice and the smile! It put me to so much ease.

I strongly suggest everyone to try this, you can ask them questions and they will answer. I asked mine a lot of questions and it answered all of them. Sometimes the answers are all inside us, we just need to get in touch with our inner self to know them and this meditation will help you a lot with connecting to your inner self.

New Moon in Pisces (Update)

I always perform a New Moon reading because the new moon brings a new start, a new chapter to a situation. This new Moon is in my 6th house of work and health. I have my Chiron conjunct. this new Moon. The intuition of the Moon with the Water sign of Pisces creates lots of emotional energy, healing energy and the sympathy I need to give others.

Q: What is significant for me till the next new Moon?
A: Ring - Clover - Anchor - Mountain - Flower

The Ring is a card of on-going cycles, new partnerships, a bind that once established hard to break. Here it shows me I will get into a lucky union (Clover) and it adds some colours to life (Flower). This binding looks very nice and pleasant and promising.

The Clover brings success, hope and luck to the querent. This luck is going to stay for a while because of the Anchor next to it. The Mountain blocks the luck or hope but at the same time, it can be just an increased hope.

Anchor at the centre brings stability, determination or a feeling of being stuck. Specially with the Mountain next to it it looks like some blockages are going to stay for a while.

Mountains are the blockages, the Delays, you cannot find a way around, you have to climb all the way to the top, but the view must be great from up there.

The Flower in the end, looks a nice and promising end to the lunar cycle. This can be a pleasant meeting, a gift or an offer. With reflection to ring, I wonder if I will get a piece of Jewellery as a gift.

Since the Moon is in my 6th house of work and health, I wonder if I will get a partner for my project at University since that was depicted by another reading. The Anchor is also related to work and routine tasks (Ring). The Mountain can be the blockages before I finally get things sorted in my favour. The Flowers at the end are promising that it will all end well.

Update: Ring has been appearing a lot in my readings but I think its not referring to a relationship. Its rather talking about the cycles of life , one of them coming to an end. With Flower, I have heard about an engagement quite recently.  The Anchor did bring me some desire to find some stability but there wasn't much that I did because of the Mountains. The cycle however did end on a positive note. I'm still unable to grasp the meaning of Ring-Flower and Ring-Clover in this context. My project's due phase has been completed, submitted and accepted. I have found some new developer guys at uni who are a great help.

So the man is my best friend's new friend who has asked her out twice. They have an amazing click and they fit together anything. She asked me to do a spread for her.

1. Key: There is a feeling of finding a solution, and answer which can unlock the doors for him. He thinks she is the answer to some questions he has been looking for.

She confirmed that he tells her she is the only one he talks to so regularly because she understands him, his humour and his problems.

2. Anchor: The Anchor card often reminds me of Capricorn, stable, structured, determined. This is what he is like. The Anchor shows he has some stable feelings for her. He feels secure with her. Anchor is a card which tells us something that is long-lasting, which puts a stop to movements (Anchor holds the ship in place). She seems like his personal harbour.

3. Ring: This can be a relationship he has been in before. Ring can also represent a deep devotion, a bond so strong. May be she does not understand but he feels a great bond with her. The Ring is however making me think,if he has been hiding about a relationship he has had before.

4. Stars: Hopes, dreams, new path. The Stars are my "wish card". Stars rule the 11th house of the Zodiac which also rules groups, friends and acquaintances. The Stars in this position tell me they need to dream together, have faith in each other and also the relationship. This spread has made me so happy today. For the very first time I've seen such a positive spread where there is no negativity involved. If he brings the commitment(Ring) and she brings the energy (Sun) together they can create a new path to the stars (Stars).

Depression, introversion and Lenormand

I have been pretty down lately, while I should be happy. I was trying to put it onto the unplanned or unprepared for date of mine last week, but its not that only. There is something else bothering me. It can be my love being so absorbed in some depressive mode as well and I want to know WHY are we in this mode while nothing is apparently wrong.

Roads in the middle talk about a state of indecisive-ness or not knowing what to do. This is what's happening right now.
In the Past we had this comfortable, being home kind of feeling. Tree+Birds is my "being home" combo because Birds live on Trees.  Tree is enhanced if its placed closer to Roads. Therefore, we can say that this growth in the relationship and this stronger rooted connection (Tree) we have has made us nervous (Birds) and we don't know what to do (Roads).

In future, I see loss of sleep, we are already at it. He is taking pills to sleep and I spend nights awake, trying to figure out what's exactly wrong.

So story-line we have this deep connection, where we are supposed to grow and learn from each other (Tree), we are not feeling well in body and spirit (Tree+Birds). this is causing the anxiety and nervous about the options we have (Birds+Roads).The Roads in the middle tell me that we are at a decision point, we are not sure what to do, we cannot find the way to success (Roads+Moon) and this is what is causing the sleeplessness and other problems (Moon+Mice). Birds also suggest insomnia which both of us are having.we are not sure of these are the words of illusion(Birds+Moon) we are having and the Roads add to the unsure feelings. This is causing stress at spiritual level and this feeling of being eaten at (Tree+Mice).We both have been pretty ill with upset stomachs in last three days.

Adding the Cards: 13-Child: The major cause for all this is feeling vulnerable. We are scared that we are being too naive and exposing too much and the fear of getting hurt.


Q: What should I do to make him feel better and secure?

Its talking about a change that brings a woman in public, I should plan another date with him.

This definitely points towards a secret visit which can bring a change, a positive change I hope, and this can be about meeting again. This will be a secret meeting (Garden+Book).

Adding them together : 71=8-Coffin. End whatever happened before and start afresh. Coffin is temporary pain that usually passes. So I should start it over to make him feel better. 

Lessons of Life explained with Lenormand!

Whenever I meet someone significant or someone who brings something positive in my life, I take that person as a way of learning something from life. Everything, every relationship we have is meant to teach us something. I am so happy and so satisfied in this relationship, I had to know what I'm supposed to learn from this happy part of my life.

Clover in the middle tell me 'm supposed to learn to be happy with small things. Cloverleaf is small happiness, short-term bliss, and I'm supposed to find this short-term bliss in hoping, dreaming and wishing (Stars) while feeling free to let go the sight of harbour (Ship) and getting out of my comfort zone to find something of greater value (Fish).

Snake is a card about Transformation, because they shed the skin and start a new cycle over. This tells me I should leave the older patterns behind and start to a new path (Stars) which will bring me happiness (Clover).

Clover + Ship + Fish tells me this is my lucky journey towards being independent and self-sufficient. Fish card is the card which has ship in it , water can represent emotions, Ship can be emotional journey towards self-fulfilment.

If I look at this spread in terms of classical Past, Present and Future spread, it tells me I have left the past behind and found a new path (Snake and Stars) and right now I'm blessed with happiness and joy (Clover). In the future, there will be a journey towards emotional self-sufficiency.

The base card was Scythe. Scythe tells me the whole lesson is based on letting go. I'm a kind of person who is not very good at this bit. I hate letting things go, but this is what my lesson is. I'm supposed to leave things behind and move on.

Adding all: 62 = 6+2 = 8-Coffin = Transformation. This relationship indeed here is to teach me about transformation and death as a way of starting over. When something dies, we are supposed to let it go and move on to the next thing. Death is just another form of life.

How I have loved the way this deck has answered my question. So true and so to the point!

Timing Question!

I did this reading on January 2nd when my bf and I decided to set a date for our meeting for longer than just couple of hours. I did this spread to ask when we will finally do it.

Scythe - Moon - Fish - Ring - Child

This looked like it will be decided without thinking much, at night(Moon) and there will be some confusion about this since the relationship is relatively immature yet (Child).

In terms of timings:

Autumn - a Lunar Month (28/29 days) - Pisces (Feb-Mar) - Taurus (Apr-May)- N/A

Since Autumn is too far now in January, its unrealistic, late Feb will be too late but then the concerns would be resolved by then.
My guess was it would be in late Feb-March since Fish is in the middle.

Update: We ended up deciding the date of 28th Jan for that because February would be too late for us and we are not that patient . This gives us the time of a Lunar month, because its roughly about 26 days since from the time I did this reading. We did decide it VERY suddenly and I did cancel it 3 times. I have too many concerns about the relationship being too immature right now but we are meeting on 28th and its decided.


Lets hope for the best *fingers crossed*


UPDATE 28th Jan, 2012. We met, it took unexpected turns because things did not go how we planned them. Our moods were varying and there was so much emotional attachment during the entire meeting, it gave a whole new dimension to our relationship. The only bad part was the unexpected happening and my mood variations, which make sense with Scythe+Moon

What he feels!

Here are some readings from my Journal which were quite on-spot so I wanted to share with you all wonderful fellow Lenormand Readers.

December 16,2011: When my bf and I just started talking to each other

Q: What does he feel about me? 
A: Letter - Storks - Birds - Roads - Tree

The Birds in the middle tell me he likes talking to me.
Letter =Communication, messages
Storks = A positive Change, something new, upward movement
Birds = communication, anxiety, nervousness
Roads  = escape, alternative, an option, choice
Tree = something long-standing, spiritual

Letter+Storks = message promises positive change
Storks + Birds = change in combination with difficulties
Birds + Roads = talking / discussing about decisions, many ways lead to a goal
Roads + Tree = decision that affects ones life

The story that I make from above statements is that he feels like talking to me, through text (Letter) or phone (Birds) bring him a change, which takes him towards a decision point (Roads) which affects his life (Tree).

It was later discovered that he actually started talking to me because he thought I would be a good distraction from the routine life, he liked talking to me, but later one he ended up making a choice that literally affected his whole life. He ended up falling for me and admitting it to me as well.

After we were lovers:

Notice how the Birds are appearing in past position, and Ring is the middle card now. Ring tells me he feels strongly committed towards me.
Birds + Storks = change in combination with difficulties/changes through communication
Storks + Ring = changes in relationship (private / business / work), good changes caused by
a new contract
Ring + Dog = relating with a man
Dog + Garden = meeting /seeing a friend at an event

Story: He feels that the changes in our relationship brought on by the communication we have, has changed things the way he interacts with people around him.

This was the case because he was spending more time with me than he was spending with anyone at all and he also really wanted to see me more often. 

Rider +Heart; love coming your way!

It was just a special day with all the 1's in it and I decided to do a special reading for that day.I'm just quoting the reading from my reading journal just to share the experience and how it came true for me!

My question was: What's the message of 11-11-11?
Key - Moon - Storks - Rider - Heart

This looked a very positive message. The key is an affirmative of a successful change where love comes my way. Storks can also be a woman here, and there are 4/5 cards from the Hearts suit , with the card 24-Heart present, I knew it brought a significant message my way.

After one month and 2 days of this reading, my boyfriend came in my life and we clicked instantly. Just after one month and seven days I was head over heels in love. Therefore, when Rider+Heart combo appears for you with other positive cards, you will know something is in the air !

Adding them together: 17-Storks, which clearly tells there was a change on way. I use to get 17-Storks a lot whenever I asked about my love life so watch for it. Storks always bring you something nicer and cool.

Number of cards and time they take to manifest

I have experienced almost all spreads for Lenormand oracle readings and they have worked pretty well for me.
Here in this post I will explain the number of cards I drew for some reading and how long it took for manifesting:

Note: If you click on the number of cards, you will see an example reading as in how to use this number for that specific time frame.

1-3 cards = 1-3 days. I do daily draw of 2 cards and a clarifier IF I need one!

5-cards = for general question, questions which will be manifesting in a week, or within the same day, or questions which are not based on timing, sort of NOW kind of questions.

7- Cards = A week. they have worked perfectly for me for about longer than 10 weeks now.

9-cards = I use a Line of Nine for specific question, the 3x3 formation kind-of doesn't work for me. The results usually manifest in a month.

13 cards = This spread is given in Iris Treppner's course and it is said it covers a period of 3 months and one should wait for the predicted events to occur before laying the cards again. For me the cards in future position appeared for one reading , within 15 days.

36 Cards = They have worked well for answering different aspects of a situation, from a period of 1 month to a period of 4 months. I haven't done one for 6 months but I sure have done one for the year 2012, so if it works well in that domain, I will post it here.

These are different time frames with number of cards which I have experienced so far!

New Moon Reading-Dec24,2011

I did a reading on last new moon about the major happening till next new moon. The basic purpose is to find out the time frame a certain number of cards cover. Some people use 5 cards for a daily reading, but for me even 2 cards have served the purpose and they did good. I have seen 5 cards given a more direct answer for more direct questions, where answer is not necessarily time dependant.

Fish - Mice - Child - Man - Cross

The Child in the middle talks about new beginning or something that has a potential for growth. It looks like there is a man who is immature and he is worried. His worries are about some financial narrow passes.Or it can be a woman who is naive and with a worried man (Man+Mice) and things look painful between them. The Cross at the end shows things will end between them, or for a man they will end.

Adding all of these: 34 + 23+ 13+ 28 +36 = 134 = 44 = 8 = Coffin

Not a good sign at all. Lots of worry with Mice, Cross and Coffin. I hope everything remains fine at all ends because I cannot let anything ruin anything for me at this point.

Update: This was a real messy situation. We are having emotional problems, and they are deep and painful (Fish+Cross). He was too much stressed and worried because of the burden he is carrying around.He finds himself at a crossroad where he cant have it and can't let it go as well.
