What Happened in relation to cards: During these tough times, I was expecting this but I got to hear about a lady losing her long-term because of the organization closing their operations here.

I am back to reading Lenormand after five and half years 😆

Prediction: since I have resigned from my current job, I was hoping to sign a new contract from another employer this week. But I have not heard from my perspective employer except that they invited me to attend a workshop they’ll be conducting the next week. I’m going to see them tomorrow & inquire about the contract. I can sense that they will inform me about the delays in my contract or may be they hand me the contract itself because Mountain also means long-standing or long term.

Key words: new beginning, a child
Prediction: A new beginning brings an improvement but it will all depend on a decision or a choice. There are Two Queens and a Jack here, so this new beginning and the decision will involve a child, or someone younger and two ladies. Two ladies also suggest rivalry.

What Happened in relation to cards: I'm sooo sorry for not updating this one earlier. The Child turned out to be my fragile sensitive emotions. I shouldn't have forgotten to take sensitivity into account. I felt overwhelmed with all the changes (good ones) happening with this guy. Things were improving but I had to be sure to keep my emotions in check because I'm afraid of getting hurt.

An uplifting cheerful message or visit I can see.

RESULTS: I had some amazing & self-esteem boosting texts from a friend who always admires me & compliments me. The reason he was represented by Rider is because he is young & an Archer (Sagittarius) so the description for the Rider fits him perfectly.

THEME CARD: This is the day of staying cheered up & optimistic. Sun also shows energy & success. With Book I think it will be something I already know. May be reading something will cheer me up. Book-Rider shows someone will be coming over, a message, an email, only I don't know about it yet!

RESULTS: After some bad mood swings I was actually feeling very much better today. I also had some unexpected cheerful conversations with someone who is more like a mystery to me!

Theme card: Tower associated with isolation, powerful, authorities & anything to do with Government organizations.

Tower + Ship = a foreign organization, being alone
Tower + Moon = an asylum, a psychic organization

I think I will feel so alone, I will feel emotionally down.

Oh another sad weekend.

Results: This day was a slow one. I was alone & frustrated & tired for unknown reasons. I did not feel like getting out of bed till late in the evening. Another reason was my sense of feeling separated from someone who is far far away from me. This explains why the Ship appeared. Sad & Alone & missing someone.

I also must say, I was just browsing & I came across a psychic readers network where you can have free chat with Psychics before having a paid reading. I was thinking may be that is why Tower+Moon reminded me of a psychic's organization :D

Emotional strength & the power of hope & optimism will just brighten up my mood. Alternatively it can be a dominating male who is having some success.

RESULTS:
After having last few weeks in distress & anxiousness for no apparent reason, I felt far far better about myself today. This was definitely a "smile" day on the calendar & I felt a lot better than other days when I'm usually down for one reason or another or no reason at all.

FLOWERS + HOUSE + RING

Theme card:Flowers or Bouquet, means joy, happiness, a surprise, invitation or a pleasant lady.
Flower + House is a man or a woman, a family oriented woman, an invitation comes from a man, or a family invitation. Flowers +Ring is a wedding present, an invitation. This combo can play out as many things but I believe its a man & a woman developing a deeply connected feeling.

RESULTS:
So I proposed to my friend, that he should marry my friend! This friend of mine is a sweet, young lady, I remember during the Cartomante Cabinet exercises, I associated Flowers/Bouquet card with her. She is charming, sweet & very generous soul. A typical Archer Girl. Then, Queen of Spades is a woman who has lost something, & this friend of mine has lost her mother recently.
The guy friend I proposed to, is a very family-oriented guy. I made this proposal to him when he was telling me his personal life goal was to be a good father.This explains why he is King of Hearts & House in lenormand. the Flower-Ring is my marriage proposal/invitation combo but I did not know it will pan out like this!

Cards: BEAR+RIDER+LILIES

THEME: Bear. An overpowering or dominating male. Strength and energy.
These three cards together tell me I will receive a mesaage from some one who is bossy and chubby. All these three cards are what I use for representing three distinct people in my life. Rider can be a word of advice (Lilies) coming from a protective male.

RESULTS: So i recieved the same kind of messages in my inbox I receive everyday. No advices or anything of the sort but I was talking to this man, who was once represented as Rider in my GT, and he is actually very wise and mature too, he said he wanted to be a good father and that was his personal goal in life. I find that he is pretty protective and strong. He is not chubby but he appears like a Bear type in character.

Going with the gut: lenormand & intuition

Over the year and half of my journey with lenormand oracle studies, I have seen two groups forming on the lenormand front. One group is a believer that you shoud go by your "intuition" and not by the book. The other more traditional and more "rooted" group believes that one should not deviate from the basic meanings of the symbols and the methods to read them (combinations etc). I have been strictly Group B since day 1. The reason behind that is if you do not build the foundation by book, your building may collapse at a later stage when you are adding up layers after layers.

This does not necessarily mean I have never seen my intuition or my gut feeling play any roles. Seeing some other respectable lenormand readers who have been at it for longer than I am, they talk about the gut feelings taking a stronger position in your lenormand interpretation after a while. I guess now when its been over a year, I can sense it, like literally. I want to share an experience of such a "gut" feeling from yesterday.

My exams result had been expected for quite sometime. There is no proper date announced so students play guess games mostly. Some of them were of the view it will be 24th august and my idea was it will be sometime between 24th and 28th August. Nobody expected 23rd. When I pulled Book as theme card, my gut said it was something about my studies, and with that there was Rider + Clouds. When I looked at Book + Rider, my first thought was "exams result" and looking at Rider+Clouds its like clearing up of some sort, a news which clears things up since the lighter side of Clouds is where the confusion is clearing up.

The next day I opened my grade book on Student Account page, and it was there!

So you can see that lenormand does not tell you to strictly follow the meanings they have given you in books or in your lists or on any forum. It tells you to build a strong foundation as to what the Book can be, what the Rider can be and what the Clouds can be.Then within those limits, your gut plays along & lets you know what the Book, Rider & Clouds ARE for that particular day ahead.

This also clarifies things for those who are worried about daily draws not exactly telling whats happening ahead. Have patience fellas and keep practising!

Prediction: I did not want to look at Sun as something bad, but the way we have a really high temperature outside, even before I turned the card up, I knew the heat was going to be intolerable for next few days. I have a low tolerance for heat, my skin reacts badly. I was still tempted to look at it as several layers.

• For one, the heat will be intolerable(Mountain) and it will last quite a while (Ring).
• Second, Success in some matter, will be delayed, so will be hard to get (Mountain), but when it comes, its going to last for a while (Ring)
• Success/Happiness regarding a relationship/connection (Ring) will be delayed for unknown period of time (Mountain-Ring).

This shows that today my thoughts will be mainly focused on recognition and success(Sun) which is totally related to my project which has been represented by Ring in Lenormand readings.

What Happened in relation to cards: This turned out to be delayed success regarding this work of my project which was contracted out. I had to wait full 6hours for the stuff to be integrated together and it has not yet started running, but at least I have it in hands now. so it was a mix of both my observation number 2 and 3.

Observation:Card 1 is always the key. Card 1 and Card 2 tell which card is about and Card 2+3 is "sometimes" an extra factor to be considered.

Prediction: The Fish is a card of money, investments and business. This complication or lady is either related to money or investments or is badly engulfed in a situation. This situation is relate to love or a younger person (Jack of Hearts).

An older lady who is good with money and investments is in love.


A complication in matters of heart is keeping me occupied today.

What Happened in relation to cards: The whole day was loaded with problems, problems and more problems. There is so much going on right now I don't even know from where I start sorting it all out.The complication does not only involve a matter of Heart but also lots of other practical stuff, the project, the travel plans, my periods being late, its so so so much going on. Oh darn it, I was unable to remember this word yesterday but Fish to me is "plenty" as well. Plenty of complication.

Observation: The Card Snake in major spreads has always been a lady, but in daily draw,it can be a complication.

Prediction: The Book is the card which represents my studies and specially my Final Year Project. The Tower with the Book represents either my university (I'd prefer Tower-Book for that) or self-study or independent study mode. On the other hand Book-Tower could mean a secret which will not be revealed.
Tower-Moon is an institute which deals with public matters or recognized institute.

A long-standing secret about a well-known institute.

What Happened in relation to cards:
I could not possibly place this one today. I have no idea what this daily draw was referring to. I had to go to university but I could not because I was busy with work stuff. The Moon in the end is showing otherwise because Moon means success. Besides that I was discussing the University policies with a friend today.

Key words: An authoritative man, power, strength

Prediction: Bear as the daily card is putting my focus on my strength today. I feel like having too much on my plate lately. I had a bad sleepless night and my head was full of worries. There is so much going on that when I say my prayer I have no idea how to fit everything I want sorted right now in words. The Anchor can be the daily grind which I am facing and facing badly these days. The Fox in the last position adds element of fake and false to the draw. The Fox is also card of shrewdness and cleverness. I also feel like I am not that much strong as I think I am. I have two 9's in the spread with one 10. 9 of spades and 9 of clubs. Two nines can be some monetary gain or higher education. So here are my two cents:

 I'm just skilfully pretending I'm strong


The mental strength I need to go through my day, somehow manage everything on my plate.

What Happened in relation to cards: It was the 2nd interpretation I made above. I had so so much on my plate and there was so much going on. I had to de clutter the disk drive in order to install visual studio on it,(which I still have not), I had to finish the final report (I'm like half done) and there was an assignment, a project presentation and so so much more. It was a day which needed lots of mental strength (Bear-Fox) which I did not even have to get the tasks done. Determination was the key.

Observation: Fox is not only the card of lies and deception, its also a card which deals with logic, shrewdness, strategy-making and cleverness.

Key words: Choice, alternative, short journey

Prediction: The Roads as the key card would be a choice or a decision which must be made. The Key adds a level of certainty to this. Whatever lies to left of the Key must pass and the result is whatever lies to the Right. Today looks like an important decision or a choice when it comes to a particular friend. Key + Dog also shows that its a friend who is important or who could help in making a decision.

So I have following interpretations:

I could not help but notice numbers 22 and 33 appearing in this spread. Number 18 is also equal to number 9 which is a powerful number.

What Happened in relation to cards: The situation mentioned above, the first one happened. I waited all day long for him to at least send one text but its so disappointing. I understand the big conference and everything but one text would not have hurt, would it? Friends do not do that to friends, do they? Enough with the drama, but all day long I was finding myself constantly trying to make a decision, and considering my alternatives. Its very important for me to teach him a lesson so that he stops taking me for-granted. One of the alternative was whether I should not talk to him after the conference ends and he calls me on 7th or 8th June and he finds that my cell phone has been switched off. Then I somehow control myself from texting him and I go have fun travelling around till 24th of June and keep him wondering wherever I have been. Fascinating. Or may be I should just take his call and talk to him in my coldest tone and pretend that I don't care about his presence or absence. Must make a choice, its important.

 Observation: Card 2+3 is always a good description together for card 1.

Cards: Key + Stars + Lady

Key Card: Key

Key words: Guidance, new path, success, hope

Prediction: The Key is a very important card and it always unlocks something in our lives. The card which is modifying Key is Stars. So the nature of this answer or solution is abstract, in terms of hope and new path. Together they say finding a way to a new path or finding hope. Whatever lies to the left of teh Key is something which will definitely happen. Key is the solution, the answer, the key to a locked door. I have the key to finding hope for myself (if the Lady is me) or a psychic or astrologer Lady brings me some answers (Stars + Lady).

What Happened in relation to cards: This turned out to be my research on which house and which part of my natal chart the upcoming lunar eclipse would be falling. I came across a blog which is a combination of tarot and astrology. A good read for horoscope. I was on ipad otherwise I would have saved the link for sharing.

Observation: Lady is not always me in the daily draws. It has represented several women in the daily draws. The card which is next to Lady is usually a description as to who she can be.

Prediction: The Letter is usually a document received, an email, a text message with some sort of news. Here with Child and Storks I'm sure its a message or a news. The Letter's modifier is Child, so the news is about a Child, or a young lady. The Other modifier is Storks, so this news is about a move or a change. The Child and Storks is a combination for pregnancy.

What Happened in relation to cards: All day long I was expecting to hear about someone's pregnancy and I did not find a single clue to this daily draw, until I watched the seventh season of How I Met Your Mother. Lily is pregnant and Marshal is going to be a dad yay. Besides that I did receive a disappointing email from my university professor which stated he did not get my email with the coding files. Google sent the email back to em with a message failure report. This gives me enough time to improve the code (Storks) till Monday.

Update June 2: Another funny thing happened last night after I had updated this. My friend text me and we were just chatting through text messages and while discussing something she made a joke that she was pregnant. 

Observation: What I have observed is that the daily draws ' energies are sometimes very subtle, it can be a movie we watch or a television show. The cards do manifest in more than one ways. Its important to read both card 2 and 3 as a separate indication to card 1. card 1+2 and 1+3 are two other combinations.

Key words: a contract, a connection, completion

Prediction: Ring + Lilies is my combination for an "affair" or a relationship which is solely based on sex. Since it is a daily draw and I'm expecting to hear from my project developer about the modules he was constructing for me, I'm hoping he will reply me by tomorrow. This will mean that a contract has reached maturity, or come full circle. The Child in the end is giving me a hint about a new connection possibly establishing. I also have Child in house of Ring this month.

What Happened in relation to cards:
The contract that existed between me and this man (Lilies) has actually reached maturity. I paid the final amount and he sent the deliverable. The Child card came in to play in the evening when I rang the actualy developer up and I asked for the help with that. He told me a few things which this Lilies guy did not tell me. It was a small clue, I have to dig more which I intend to over the weekend. They are both interconnected this is why they both are King and Jack of Spades. King and Jack together in a reading also suggest someone from past appearing again. This actually happened Yesterday when a friend from long long time ago all of sudden contacted me again. It was a daily so I will not read too much into that.

Key words: dreams, recognition

Prediction: The Moon is a complex card. One one hand it shows the dark side, the intuition, the dreams, the subconscious and illusions. On the other hand it is public recognition, fame and being in spotlight. The Book next to it may be a secret or something I know a little about. The Cross is the last card, which sums it up, or ends it, and it is pain, suffering and whatever lies to the left does not matter any more.

Moon + Book may be the knowledge, or my interpretation of the dreams. I've been unable to decipher my dreams these days since I sleep late after watching some movie and then I can't remember them next morning. The Book refers to my studies/project as well. The Cross is the card which brings pain, suffering but its the pain you cannot avoid.

Moon + Book  = dream interpretation, secret coming out in open, recognition through knowledge
Moon + Cross = painful dreams, painful recognition
Book + Cross = pain which is not known yet.


What Happened in relation to cards: Observation: I had to do something which jeopardise my image in front of a lot of people who are close to me. It was something related to the trip about which I have posted the latest post. I decided I would not want to go. This definitely caused some disruption, and arguments resulting in leaving me depressed. I don't like the Cross at the end.

The Moon + Book was recognition through studies, the result of the Scholarships program was up and my name was on the top. That was a big deal for me. The Book + Cross was the GPA which was lower than the last time, sad! Moon + Cross was the emotional dilemma I was facing and therefore, suffering.

 Key Card: Stars

Key words:Guidance, hope, faith, night time

Prediction: The Stars is the card of hope, when this card appears it shows that there is something about which I know I'm hopeful. I'm an optimist and hardly ever I lose hope, but this card just gives me these feelings that it might just come true, or is almost close to coming true.The Anchor can be daily grind or feelings of being chained down. What concerns me is the Mice at the end. The last card in the spread always tells me what is going to happen, or what its all going to end up in, and the Mice in the end is worrying me. Stars - Anchor shows me that there is hope, no matter what happens, but at the same time Stars - Mice is eating at my faith. Anchor-Mice is eating at my determination.


What Happened in relation to cards: I found myself questioning my believes. I was not sure if its all worth it at all. Most of the times, during the day, specially when near the dawn when I was sitting at a really high spot in the house, alone, darkness spreading really slowly and the wind blowing really nice and cold, I was wondering if I have anything to look forward to.

Observation: Stars is the hope, the belief, the new path which you are guided towards. You just have to follow the trail. The Anchor is your determination, how determined you are to never let go of this faith and Mice is what makes you question both of them.
