Since Lilies represents an older man & family in some forms, with close to house I will say a man is isolated, someone in family, or might be buying an apartment (House - Tower = apartment)

First Three Cards:

These are what is important right now:

I will say its a new approach to a love for health or healthy heart in other words.

Since May has already passed, I can vouch for this. I have started my new fitness challenge program. Basically focusing on heart rate & metabolism instead of stretching or sweating it out!

Fate Line:

Ship - Bear - Whips - Lilies

I sense a major move, a huge move, for a man, which leads to some conflicts & then peace/rest & harmony.

Ship - Bear / Birds - Anchor -Coffin - Stars
This is something related to work or job. A boss, an overseas connection, which brings a new hope after a short transformation.

Whips - Lilies/ Garden - Lady - Heart - House

Why am I getting a vibe for a passionate sex (whips - Lilies) here? Not good k.

Looking at Lady:

Lady is in house of Lilies, so I expect some wisdom, sexuality & advising. in house of Lady 29 is Garden, so lots of out & about, socialising. Still there is a lot of looking back on the past & I have hated this position in last four months too.
In past: There have been conflicts (Whips) & lot of worries about Job (Birds - Anchor). Heart - Clouds - Roads has basically just sum my situation up. I have no idea where I'm heading.

Right now on my mind is A hope for something new, may be just an illusion (Stars - Moon - Rider). I also want a news, about my job, my dreams, my hopes.

MOST INTERESTING PART is the Ring -Dog combo. Its usually a strong bond or a really strong attachment with a friend. But Ring is in house of Mice & in house of Ring is Scythe, so its something very very vulnerable to a breakup may be.Dog is surrounded by Fox & Book, so little is known about this "friend" & this friend does bring something fate or something very important to pass (Cross - Key).

SECOND MOST IMPORTANT bit is Fish - Key in future cards. Key is also in house of Moon & Ship is in house of Key, so I expect on job/money front, things are just going to improve.

Looking at Anchor for Job:

Anchor is in house of Man & in house of Anchor is Whips. So I expect two or repeated offer from a former employer may be. Roads also confirm there is two options or choices. Birds is also present near Anchor. Presence of Garden shows its a socialising kind of job, with Storks & House it might be a change or movement of residence because of work. I don't see job heading anywhere but last card in the same line is Key & there is also positive cards like Ship, Storks (Change, movement) around, so I expect some news on that front.

Three months & I have not done a monthly GT. I always get so occupied with everyday things.
I will rather throw me a three-months GT right now & then I will do it for next four months since I already missed January (too late).

GT for Feb - Apr 2013

The initial Cut:

It tells me there is a burden or sadness coming up which must come to pass, possibly a female boss, an older woman being a pain or something but this will lead to me getting even more spiritually stronger. Stars as the last card is just opening the pathway, more hope, more faith for me.

Update: I don't know how to say it or put it but I have started hating the Cross card. It always brings bad & negative times with it. I have been having lots of Ups and Downs in these 3 months. I was passively going from being optimistic to downright a pessimistic lonely soul. Nothing has worked for me in last three months, NOTHING at all!!! 

First Three Cards:

Man - Birds - Rider
A nervous man, a worried man, will be visiting or calling or texting etc. This man, can be a lot of people but this is what is important now. Yes, I do need some answers, some clarifications from someone.

Corner cards:

Man - Roads
A man is facing a decision. (now is he?)
Coffin - Snake
A woman or a complication is giving me pain, stressing, worrying me. I usually look at Snake representing my mother since she is slightly complicated woman & we have a difficult relationship.

Man - Coffin
This man is actually really worried but it will only be short-term
Snake - Roads
The woman is facing a choice.

Update: Well the cards were speaking pretty much everything.

Fate Cards:
Bear - Mountain - House - Cross
I see financial delays and problems in gaining and retaining my strength. This will be leading to some additional burdens at home or more responsibilities towards family.

Bear - Mountain (Anchor - clouds & Fish Tower)
I really see cash problems, a delayed payment possibly, because work situation is not clear, & the money the last job (a bank) owes me is not coming yet.

House - Cross (Ship - Moon & Rider - Fox)
Problems at home, personal pains, making me feel down & grim, while a message or a man turns out to be false or cheating.

Update: If I have to put it in one line, I will say Financial(Bear) Difficulties, blockages (Mountain) that are massive and this is leading to NO comfort(House - Cross) for me whatsoever.

TRUTH at the best. I have had NO clarity whatsoever on financial front. My mobile phone was fried, I had no money & I had no job. I lost my stuff, I lost whatever savings I had in back to back purchase and sale of 3 phones. 

Looking at Anchor for job/career/work:

The presence of Dog suggests some help, possibly from an elderly man (Lilies) or a friend who helps without knowing (Book) is good but at the same time, both Clouds & Mountain look very very disappointing. However, Bear strengthens the long-term stability power of the job/career. The Key tells me there sure will be some problems ahead (Clouds) which cause delays (Mountain). Anchor is in house of Letter & house of Anchor there is House, so I do hope there will be some news about work coming soon, may be an official letter coming in which will put me to comfort & I will feel secure.

Update: I could already see the Anchor situation. Someone I just randomly met was nice enough to help me get in in an interview. But There is no clarity yet in the situation. 
About the official employment letter, I'm still waiting for it to show up :/

Looking at Woman/Lady:

I will mostly be wondering about my past in next three months. This is one of my least favourite position in a GT. Lady is the last card, there are no future cards. However, Cross as the last card puts an end to a chapter for good. With my Birthday in April, I really would like to turn a new leaf.
Lady is in house of Heart, so I can see me all kind & loving. In house 29 there is Ship so definitely leaving something behind & moving on is very clear here. On my mind will mostly be Coffin - Whips pains & strife which is my mental conflict and mostly frustration about things not moving ahead for me. Whats in my control is the choices, the decision & the options. The presence of Clover closer by tells me there are a few lucky options for me, still open.

Update: well, what can I say. Its true.

Looking at 33-Key for whats certain:

The positivity of Sun, Garden, Ship and presence of Bear in house 33, makes me slightly happy. The Key makes certain these areas will be highlighted or will definitely come to pass. The Clouds are sure there, some obstacles, but there will be happiness & success (Sun), more social activity (Garden) & may be travel (Ship). I'm planning a holiday, so Ship looks good around Key.

Love Life GT: Sep-Dec2012

Its been a long time since I posted a GT on my blog,mainly because GT is a lot of work & I haven't had much time on my hand for that. This is my fourth  final GT for this year.

The initial Cut:

I see a change in the way I'm looked at, appreciation & recognition comes from public & authorities. I also see a change in the way I handle my emotions & my dreams.

Love Life from Sept- Dec 2012

First Three cards:

Snake - Stars - Flowers

Its very important to keep the hopes high & expect the very best from life. This also shows that keeping a hope high is not easy but it will result in happiness. Two Queens also show there is gossip & lots of talking going on, mostly hopeful.

Four corners:
Snake - Coffin = complications ending
Anchor - Lilies = A stable harmonious time. Can also be a boss or a man met at workplace.

Lady card:
Lady card is in house of Lady so these four months I'm being more me in terms of love.
Past:

1. Farthest past: Mice = there have been loses & worries
2. Past: Lilies - Letter - Birds - Fox = there have been correspondence & false conversations, lies & deception that resulted in worries & being extra cautious
3. Recent past: Stars - Roads - Tree = I have taken the path which led to a decision, some options & some life long decisions. Other than that, there has been lot of growth in making choices. Healthy choices is what I will put it as.

Future:

1. Near future: Scythe - Rider - anchor = I believe there is another man coming up, someone who will stay in my life a long way, but I'm cutting away from him. The last card is Anchor so I think this will result in some comfort & stability.
2. Future: Bear - Moon - Coffin = depression caused by someone over powering
3. Farthest future: Storks = a change, an improvement

Present: At present my aggression, or my communications are under my control (whips) but Fish-Key-Mountain financial success is blocked, (yes) and its worrying me.The Mountain is right on my head, so I am worried.

The potential people I see coming are Rider & Bear. Rider is in house of Bear & Bear is in house of Lilies. So I'm sure these are two potential romantic partners coming up in next four months.

Heart is in house of Birds, worries, so I see there is stress & anxiety regarding love. In house of Heart is Coffin, so I do not see much happening. Heart is also Knighting Stars , so there is hope & wishful ness, It also knights Man, Scythe & Clover so its a mix.

Ring is in house of Key, so something important will happen,In house of Ring is Lilies & in house of Lilies is Bear & in house of Bear is Rider,so I do see an important connection developing.

Fate cards:
Ring - Mice - Whips - Storks
A connection will be lost, a relationship lost, as a result I lose the passion I have for it but I will move on soon.

Ring - Mice -(Birds - Fox +  Fish - Man)
A loss of a connection with a man who deals with finances. There is also stress worries & deception.

Whips - Storks - (Lady - Bear +  Flowers - Dog)
There is a passionate new beginning & a change in my approach which makes me stronger & resulting in some offer or invitation from a friend or someone I already know.

GT for June

First Cut:

Ship - Snake - Sun

Travelling with a woman (mother or an older woman) towards South, or towards a warmer place.

This was sort of expected. I went with my mother to a warmer place.

First Three cards:

A lady is disputable
Cheerful conversations

An argumentative lady is having cheerful conversations.

I have had my fair share of both. I did enjoy some awesome moments and I did have some outbursts of anger as well. I literally had many troubles just because I overreacted.

Four Corner cards, theme of the reading:

Lady - Clouds - Heart - Child

Lady is confused because of this new love.
Which new love, I have no idea but I do find myself confused right now.

This is one aspect I did not want to discuss because I was actually very very confused because of a new romantic interest developing. The reason was because it re-started or re-initiated during Venus Retrograde. Like it is said that Venus Retrograde is not a great time to start a new romance, so I was worried if the feelings will last even after the planet goes straight.

Past, Present, Future:

Since I do not have any past cards in this spread since I'm in first house. This puts me a lot in control this month.

Present:

Lady - Anchor - Book - Child
Lady is stable and determined about her studies.

I was very very determined to get everything in order even though I was supposed to be on a vacation. It did require lots of courage and solid determination.

Future:

Lady - Whips - Flowers - Dog - Storks - Cross - Ring - Heart

Lady is having discussions, hopefully cheerful ones, with a friend who is bringing a change which MUST happen. With Cross I have learnt that it tests us, puts us through the worst but its always a big lesson you learn out of it. To the other side of the Cross lie Ring+Heart which assure that once I pass this test, on the other side there is promising love and affection.

I have had my Cross moments in last 2-3 months. Some really tough ones. The Ring-Heart actually made me feel very committed and in love with spiritual/religious aspects of my life. I feel renewed. The Dog-Storks must be pointing to this friend, who all of sudden became somehow more important than before.

Lady is being deceptive with the messages that are bringing worries and as a result there are some lost opportunities.

I cannot believe how truly I interpreted this. I was being deceived, I was being cheated, and I lost, wasted my precious time because of these people who were deceiving me.The Fox next to me was telling me to be smart, act shrewd and keep my eyes open.

Fate Line: What is set in motion:

Lilies - Coffin - Clover - Ship

Loss of peace and harmony, no sex life, while the trip is successful. Luck and opportunities are found while travelling.

Loss of peace and harmony, so true. My peace was put to grave during this trip. Yet I did find some cherish able moments on this trip. The Clover came after the Coffin, so after the tough times, there was a ray of hope.

Lilies - Coffin (Moon - Mice ; Storks - Cross)
Feeling restless because of depressive feelings and changes not happening. What would be more depressing for an Aries than no change happening.

I now know what change was being referred to. This change not happening or putting me to test was so depressing.

Luck and opportunities are found on a trip while there is a lady around me, a friend possibly, who presents with an invitation or a gift. Snake has represented my Mother often in GT, so I'd say things will run smooth between both of us for a while.


In my journal I have written Garden-Snake as a troubled group, or troubled environment. It was actually very complicated for me and it required lots of patience. The only good part was my sweet brother around me who was with me through good and bad.

This looks like a financially stable, enjoying good money,  man who is more artistic.Fish + Flower can be a cash prize or a pleasant surprise regarding money. 

I really did not get any cash prizes, but I was actually amazed by the change of my feelings towards this man who is actually a good-with-money and a really charming man. I never realized he was so nice, until the Venus turned retrograde *kidding*

First Three Cards:

Storks - Moon - Book

I have seen Storks +Moon as a birth of a child or mother because Queen of Hearts and Moon both represent your mother. The Book in the end tells that may be I get to learn something from her this month.

Storks + Book can be some advanced training or advanced knowledge , in occult or mysteries. Storks + Book is also changes after examination.These three cards are a direct message about what needs to be done right now. So I need to do some learning from my mom or I need a change at subconscious level which will bring me success. I also believe I need a change right now, I need to look at life in a more positive way. In the last few weeks I have lost my hope and my usual positive attitude. I need to regain it.

Storks + Moon = Change in moods, subconscious change

Storks + Book = Changes revealed, Changes after a time of examination

This one makes sense because I have passed The Saturn Test when Saturn was 180 degrees opposite to my Sun. These were some tough days but they are passed now and I'm actually sensing the greater change they brought in my life.

This definitely relates to the very beginning of May. I cannot believe another month has passed buy. After some really rough times and the lessons I have learnt from those times, it looks almost like ages ago that things like that actually happened to me. I was so depressed. I know I have learnt my lessons too well and these lessons will bring me things I need.

Storks + Lilies also point to an early pregnancy in Iris Treppner's course, but who is pregnant?

This looks like a change is caused by bringing peace and harmony, a wise and peaceful change, will help me get over the obstacles alone. Mountain - Tower is a bad combination which suggests there are some tough obstacles which might stay for a longer-time. These obstacles can be caused by someone authoritative.

I have not heard about anyone's pregnancy but it did relate to those peaceful and happy changes I have had in my life this month. Things did change a lot, in many areas of my life in just one month. I was left alone by the end of the month because I had to make some travel arrangements.

An unexpected news/letter from a workplace or about a job.  I have applied in a few places for jobs so may be I get some news.

I did not get any news of any unexpected messages, but I did something which were so not routine. This whole month was a busy month. Financially I may call myself properly secure (Anchor-Fish = financial security).

Lady: My significator:

I'm in house of Birds, so I might be doing lot of talking this month. This house is also house of nervousness and excitement. In house of Lady is Man. So I will probably be more in touch with my masculine side this month, or a man , for that matter.

Most of the month was full of worries and lots of talking/texting. I remember it was a long time ago when I sent so many texts in one day. The Man was actually a Man who all of sudden became a close friend from a not-so-close acquaintance.

Past:

I have found myself being indecisive about a man.

Clover - Coffin - Sun

After a bad time of luck running low I found myself cheered up in past few days,

I had a lot of learning to do over past few weeks.

Present:

The nervous chatter and the anxiety is out of my control (Birds).

Some improvements in the social life or the way I perceive the environment should be improved.

A new path, guidance and hope.

This combo has been appearing TOO much these days. Let me tell you I have got these two cards together in more than 4 readings for myself in last one month. It has actually happened. Things have been sorted between me and a friend. We went through some rough times in November 2011 after which we lost contact and parted ways. But we have reconciled finally.

Looking at Tree for M:

I asked the deck which card represents M, and the answer was Tree. I was expecting more like Dog since he is a good friend and Man and Bear cards are also around.

Tree tells me he is worried about his health or is being health-conscious these days. This person is also someone who enjoys good health. He loves food its one of his weaknesses. 

The cards on his side are, Heart, Cross, Snake and Dog. He is a very faithful friend. He is a lovely funny person. The Cross and Snake however tell me he might be a bit troubled or upset these days. No wonder we share the Cross these days, our Suns are conjunct and we both have had some rough transits recently. Tree is in house of Roads, so he might be facing some decision this month.

Update May14, 2012
Things are rough between us. He is an important friend, someone I trust and easily click with. I understand why he is being represented by Tree, he is not feeling well these days, emotionally (Heart + Tree). He is lovesick. Because of presence of Snake I asked him if he was seeing anyone and he said no. The Snake + Ring is the complication which is not ending between us. Tree is in house of Roads, he wants a decision from me. He asks me to make up my mind.

Looking at Heart for Love:

Heart is in house of Mountain, and in house of Heart is Ring. This looks like a good combination because last month there was Mountain in house of Heart (Heart + Mountain) which now has been reversed (Mountain + Heart) as if the Mountain has been climbed and Heart has reached the other side of it.In house of Ring, however, is Tower which is a classic combo for a relationship ending in separation. (Ring+Tower). So a loved and cherished relationship is ending.

Looking at Book for exams:

Book is in house of Ship, and in house of Book is Rider. There is a theme of movement and journey in area of Book. Book has Sun next to it and Birds, its normal to be nervous about exams but the Sun looks promising. The Book reflects Mice and Whip and it knights Key. Its like a mixed situation.Some will go good and others bad?

Looking at Ship for Trip:

We intend to take an overseas trip right after my exams in last week of May. Ship has Book in its house, so this is not clear whether I will go or not, and Ship is in house of Stars. Mountain - Ship can be the overseas travel. Ship reflects Clover, House and Ring.

Travel was a little late than I expected (wanted) to be. The contract and travel arrangements were made before May 2012 ended (thus, the Ring). The family is accompanying(house) and looking forward to that (Clover).

Update May 12,2012
I was looking at my GT today and was thinking that how many times I have found myself wondering that how the Saturn Transits (or presence of Cross near me) last month has changed the way I look at life. It feels like these were some really important lessons. I feel like a new person. I feel like those unnecessary feeling or things I had been wanting so far, they were just no good for me and like I have entered a totally new path where only those things that are better for me are found. 

Grand Tableau for Love and Romance May-August

This is my third GT for this particular area. The previous two were really really accurate for me therefore, I have to give it another go. This one covers the period from May 2012-August 2012 i.e four months.

GT for Love: May 2012-Aug 2012

The initial Cut:

Ring - Roads - Lilies

Ring in the initial cut suggests there is a chance for something important coming right up. Roads on the other hand can either mean leaving the guilts of past behind or it can be a decision about binding up with someone. Roads can also mean "Two" specially when to the right of a card, so can be two choices, and Lilies at the end of the road can be THE MAN I choose, or it can be a decision which is taken with wisdom. Roads and Lilies both emphasize balance, and diplomacy. So there is a chance that I might have to make a choice between two suitors and the one I choose is the wiser choice. The cut is ending with Lilies, so I'm in safe hands, even if Lilies is representing a Man or a choice.

First Three Cards:

Lady in first house, I have missed this position. In the last GT I was in the last row, fate cards, but now in next four months I'm more in control. There are no past cards which tells me I'm done with the past memories haunting me and I'm starting a new chapter of my life now.

Lady - Fox - Flowers

This sounds like I should be and would be cautious about some of the offers I get. Flowers has Heart closer to it, so be very careful about the date nights (Point noted). Oh I did not notice Moon was also in there, close by. Date Nights! But they might just be plain boring any how (Tree).

I will be more at myself, more family-oriented and more comfortable this time.

Bear + Birds

Difficulties with keeping the power and strength, difficult conversations with a man may be who is overpowering. Specially with House and Bear, I can tell its someone who invades my privacy may be.

I'm being strong enough, protective, powerful and there are conversations about having a family or about family.

Lady: The Significator:

I'm in first house of Rider, so lots of activity is going on. I was on the road mostly when last time I was in this  position. Here its for four months so I think I will be facing some fast movements in love in next four months. In house of Lady is Anchor, so I'm focused, determined and mostly stable, and we have Rider in house of Anchor completing the trio. 

Lady - Anchor - Rider = So this does look like most of my thoughts these four months will be towards a rather long-term relationship than a mere fling.

Past:

There is no past woohoo

Present: 

And all of it in my control, Lady + Stars + Ship + Birds

This looks like there is a hope for moving away from all the stress from the past but the journey is making me nervous. I'm hopeful, that is a good sign, and I'm looking forward towards a movement now, that is good and both excited and nervous at the same time.

The fox right next to me is saying I need to be careful, specially about the things which apparently look nice. Besides that rest of the things in this line look nice with having fun (Clover + Garden) and Garden +Storks looks like again I will be going out a lot. 

Storks + Bear just appeared in a daily draw and I could definitely notice what a BIG uplift it brought in my day. So over the four months I definitely see a BIG change or uplift in my situation.

Diagonal:

Lady - Book - Lilies - Dog - Rider

Notice how I have moved from spine side of the Book to pages side of Book this time. In last GT about same area I had Book to my left, which shows there is something I have to learn about. This time it is towards the Right which tells me that the things I have learnt will help me learn something more about a friend. 

Interestingly Lilies, Rider and Dog are all the cards which have represented some potential "suitors" in my previous spreads. There was one person who had been represented by Lilies and Rider both, and Dog was someone other than him. However, them three lie to the other side of the Book, so they are (or he is) yet unknown to me.

The Fate Cards:

I'm not sure they have always worked for me, but sometimes the message is clear, sometimes its not but it is said that this is the most important line in the GT.

Man - Tower - Rider - Ring

Ok, do you see what I see. Last time I had Man+Tower combo in my daily draw, I had some serious overpowering, structured man who came on as too organized and strict. This looks like something is in the air in next four months.

Man + Tower (Roads + Dog -- Clover +Garden)

A man who is alone, single, tall, and he is someone I have separated paths in the past , is a friend and there is fun at the end with Clover and Garden.

Rider + Ring ( Anchor + Whip -- Flower + Moon).

This looks more like a contract which is happening for the second time (I'm sure its someone from past) and there is again something nicer about it at the end with Flower +Moon.

Looking at Heart:

Heart is in house of 12-Birds, so there is lovely chatting, gossip, may be some phone calls involved. The Column says Moon - Heart - Scythe - Dog

Oh no, I'm going to end a friendship this time. This might be because of some heightened emotional sensitivity. In house of Heart is Mountain, which blocks it for me. I might find it difficult to express myself (always have). The good news is that Mice is in house of Mountain, so it will eat up the difficulty. 

Cards around Heart are Scythe and Mice which makes me even more nervous right now but diagonally its Heart-Mice-Whip so may be because of feeling this heartache I will lose my ability to be vocal about it. Scythe is directly aiming at Dog, which is scaring me. I guess I have an idea who I'm going to cut out from my life.

Looking at Ring:

Ring is in house of Cross, this looks like a relationship is put to test. It reflects Whip which can mean "for second time" or a troubled relationship. On the other hand the Whip reflects Flowers, which tell there is also joy in this relationship. So its mainly a mix, a hot and cold relationship. May be this is why its a test.

I have some really nice Venus transits till June so may be there is a chance that things are not totally hopeless yet.

Looking at Man:

Man is in house of Key, which makes him very important. Besides he is with Rider and Ring which makes him important too in this spread. In house of Man is Dog and in house of Dog is Child, so this is an innocent friend, someone younger may be but Lilies is close by so I'm not sure about his age, may be a mature younger person, and he is a friend (Dog). He reflects Roads and Garden which tells me he is a diplomat and is social one. Another important card around him is Tower which tells me he is lonely, organized and somewhat dominating.

Garden-Lilies is a combination where one is just playing around, non-serious flirtations, and with Snake, which represents sexuality too in some schools, This looks like this month is full of some flirtations and probably sensual ones.

I have found following meanings of these
Stars + Mountain = unrealizable dream, Calmness despite the obstacles, hindrances will disappear when you reach the top of the mountain

Mountain + sun = An important aid, A long but difficult road to success, soon there will be better times

I think this tells me that this month, thing might not be easy on me, but through my hopes and faith, I can finally have success. The important help is coming from the power of faith. I will start the month will hopelessness, but the end will be better.

The Four Corners:

Stars  - Roads = The objective choice, the choice which has to be made; right decision promises success

Moon - Fox = escapism into world of unreal things, illusions

Stars - Moon = Increasing sensitivity; peace and quiet; honour, acceptance

Fox - Roads = A cunning trap, a false decision is possible

This month I have to make a choice, an objective one, whether I want to live in the world I have created for myself or the one where I actually am living. Dreams are important, but taking them as a way to escape from reality is not right. Roads has been coming up a LOT in my GT and that too at the four corners for many times. Last month it was in place of Stars, in house of Rider and now its the last card.

Lady: My significator:

Lady is in house of Lady, its own house, so I will be more like myself this month. 

I was not being me but I did get a chance for self-reflection and I did end up finding a few things, specially bad, about me. It was more like "This is who I truly am, and this is what is wrong with me, so watch it".

Lady is nervous/excited. gossips. I have been there about two months ago when things were very worrisome.

Fox - Fish - Scythe - Letter - Lady

I have been digging around a lot for finances in the very recent past. Then I received a news about some money coming up. I had a few bucks last month from the project I sold out.

Mountain - Tree - Heart - Lady

Some difficult times ended and new hopes started appearing (Mountain-Tree). My relations are healthy and I have been experiencing some healthy feelings and emotions (Tree-Heart) which will effect me in the long term I believe (Tree).

Present:

Anchor - Coffin - Lilies  - /Lady/- Book

I have been undergoing a period of stagnation (Anchor - Coffin) which is forcing me to bring balance, honesty and serenity in me. This is a period of calmness (Coffin - Lilies) which is not really in my control (above Lady). Below me is the Book, which tells my secretive and introvert nature as well. However, since the Book is below me, I can decide whether I want to remain closed off or open up.

This ended up being a situation which was painful, hurtful, depressing, restraining, and deprived me of any energy I had in me. The Anchor is what lasts for a long time, I'm sure the impact of what I have been through will last a life time. I had some serious learning to do. This actually was coming from a person from family, someone I love and adore (House is near-by, Lilies are there and Heart too). 
The Book is right under me, so it was up to me whether I learn something from this tough time or not, and trust me I did learn a lot, a lot about relationships, give and take, practicality of life and oh boy! Myself!

Future:

Diagonals: Lady - Cross - Man - Moon

I find myself unhappy, its just 5th April today, and the Cross has started taking its effect. Whatever lies next to Cross becomes important and here we have Man-Moon , a dreamy and melancholic man. I wonder who he is! I will look at the surrounding cards later.

Lady - Mice - Clover - Roads

My peace of mind has been violated (Lady-Mice). I got up last night at 3am to look at my GT if Mice was close to me because I feel totally drained of energy. The Mice is actually slowly draining me and there are so many mental issues which are so annoying. There is a chance that these worries are short-lived (Mice-Clover) and luck will finally strike. This opportunity or small happiness (Clover) will be paired with a choice (Roads). I will again find myself standing at a fork point. Choices, Choices, Choices!

The bottom diagonal is Garden. So towards the end of the April, I can expect some good people around me, probably going out and socializing more.

This month left so drastic effects on my life, I wanted to save a token for this.

This ended up being the highlight of the month because my worst problem which has been upsetting me for about a month now was resolved because of this unexpected message from someone I once knew. This has given me an edge with my final year project and I'm happy about it.

I think this is me closing myself off from public, which is draining me of the energy, giving me mental stress, trying to get myself in a high degree of safety.

I have gone out for one dinner during this whole month. My life was literally out of this world in this month. The Garden is the environment and things that are around us, and Garden being in 36-Cross house of test and pains, it was actually a pain what we have to do because of the people around us. This literally drained me of any energy I had and I ended up feeling safer and more comfortable alone.

April 15, 2012
I went through my daily draws and found out that its been only half a month and I have already drawn out 36-Cross on 5 out of 15 days. This month has been full of tests, everyday I find myself being tested, not to mention my natal and transiting Sun are at very much opposite to the Saturn right now. Saturn is also the planet which restricts you, puts you to tests and I'm very much seeing it already in my daily draws. In the GT, the Cross lies next to me diagonally to right. I'm feeling the effects in last 15 days. Cross is in house of Roads, which tells me that my way is very stressful but this is the way which I must pass through, its fate, its karma, its an exam, which I have to bear with. In house of Cross, lies the 20-Garden which tells me that I need to learn it for the sake of surviving the society and the people who are around us. 
Cross also mirrors Clouds, which tell me its the throwbacks and hindrances in my way which are making me depressed, then it reflects Tree, which adds the element of patience. I must be patient if I want to survive this test because I really have no other choice (Cross in house of Roads).There is no way out and the only way out is through it.


Looking at the Man card in house of Bear, its a Man who actually is little over-weight and is financially really well-off. He has Ship behind him because he loves travelling. He also has Ring and Snake around him so there is probably a woman and a relationship in his life about which I have doubts but no certainty. In house of Man is Letter which is right next to Lady(me), so he has messaged me today. We are diagonally connected like Lady- Cross - Man - Moon, this shows he is someone who gets on my nerves, and the very first thing he asked me about was my dreams. He knows I see weird dreams. Besides that I pulled Cross for today's daily draw as well, with Fish, he is an entrepreneur.Man mirrors Flower,Rider,Whip and knights Mice, Roads and Anchor, Lilies. It looks like he is bit troubled(Mice, Roads) and he just offered me (Flowers) to solve my some study related problem which I obviously declined. 


April 21,2012
I wrote above I did not know who the Man was in this spread and he is important because he is diagonally attached to me through Cross. 
So He is in house of Bear, so must be someone bossy, overpowering but protective and bit on the chubby side. In house of Man is Letter, which lies next to me, so he sent me a message first, in house of Letter is Scythe, so I sort of did not expect to hear from him after our last argument many weeks ago, in house of Scythe is Flower, but the surprise was rather pleasant (I'm a selfish woman), and in house of Flower is Bear, completing the series. So this man was very well anticipated by the cards.
The Cross lies between us, so its Lady-Cross-Man which tells me things are bitter between us and also he is a "blast from past". Cross lies in house of Roads, so I really had no choice.

Something about House:

We had some renovation done at home this month. Its not been finished yet but its almost done in terms of Structure. House in in house of 12-Birds, so there was lots of noise, chatter and nervousness because no one was sure how it will turn out. it was hectic and it stressed both my parents physically. They both are feeling ill. Tree-House-Coffin sums it well. My dad was not well before too but now he's more tired and stressed. I think House-Lilies-Mice suggests that.

Besides that my dad has bought a new car. He has been wanting this one for about 6 months now and he has finally bought it. This would be Storks-Rider I think. 


Something about M:
So we have come in touch again. Last night I asked the deck which card is representing him and the answer was Rider in house of Dog. He is a friend so it figures. It reflects Man, Flower and Whip which shows the pleasant and argumentative sort of relationship we have. The Bear is closer to him, which tells me its him. In house of Rider is Stars so yes he bring s new found hope in my life. 

Houses in Grand Tableau

One of my most favourite techniques to interpret my Grand Tableau with ease and accuracy.

Houses are the areas covered by each card, if the cards were placed in original numerological order. i.e 1-Rider in house 1, Clover in house 2, Ship in house 3 and so on. Now each card covers a particular matter as a house (just like the astrological houses in Zodiac, We have Aries , Mars as the natural ruler of 1st house but we may have a different ASC sign and ruler). There is a complete and very informative list for meanings of each house given by Jayce. I have been following these meanings in addition to Iris Treppner's course.

Treppner has a different technique which also happens to have proved quite effective and accurate. This technique involves using the combinations approach, I think just to keep you focused and for the ease purposes. In this technique you are pretty much doing the same thing, but if you are a beginner it would be easier to look at them as combinations. e.g in my GT here

The first house was Rider and the card in house 1 is Ring.  I will read it as Rider+Ring which is a standard combination for a news about a contract. Similarly Cross is in house of Ring, therefore its read as Ring+Cross which makes a relationship very painful and stressful at times. This way you can keep combining all the cards and keep finding what is happening in each area of your life for that time period (e.g I do a monthly so Clover tells me how lucky I'm this month, or 24-Heart tells me what is happening in area of love, and 35-Anchor tells me what is happening with the job etc).

You can do this for all the houses and there is lots of information there.

How I Do It:

Some people keep on combining houses from one to next e.g Moon in house of Cross, feelings are a test this month, Cross is in house of Ring, so these feelings are related to a relationship, Ring is in house of Rider, this relationship is on your mind most of the times, Rider is in house of Anchor, and these thoughts are going to stay for a long term and so on. you can go on and on and make a whole story by combining the houses and jumping around till you reach the Moon card again. I find that confusing because sometimes its more than 10 cards at a time. This is when the story starts blurring. I would rather just look at the house where that card is located and the natural house for that card. e.g if I want to know about my project (Book), I will see where Book is, and then what is happening in house of Book (house 26). Sometimes (remember, sometimes only) I will also see whats happening in that house whose natural ruler is located in house 26, but not always.
With my monthly Grand Tableau, I have noticed that they are a great way to form combinations because you usually know what has happened in your life in this one month and how the effect of that card residing in that house has effected that area of you life e.g whatever is is house of Mice is stressing you or adding to the stress, you would know it when you read it as Mice+That card sitting in house 23. Write the combinations down every month and you will have plenty for your own list.
There was something else too which I wanted to write about the houses, I just cannot recall now. You wash this down and I will be back, updating it when I remember *scratching head*

Knighting in Grand Tableau!

I have noticed from the results of keyword search on a popular search engine that Knighting has been quite an issue with many learners. I myself have been there where I did not know how to do it but it is really easy, specially if you have been a person who plays chess.

Knighting actually comes from the game of Chess where it describes how the Knight in Chess is allowed to move about the chessboard. I will explain it step by step:

1: Choose the Card you want to perform knighting for. e.g I choose the Lady card 29. This card is my Knight now. This is where I'm standing and this card is about what I need more information. you can choose other cards e.g Book for education, Heart for love, Ring for marriage etc.

Example 1:
2: Since the Lady card is to far right, we cannot move towards right, so I will start moving backward, 2 cards (Coffin, Roads) and then one card upwards.Key
Lady+Key tells me I'm sure about what I want next.

3: Then I will move in same direction and this time after two cards (Coffin, Roads) I will go downwards.

Example 2:
4: Since I cannot move to right, but if I could I would have done the same thing towards right, e.g for Child I'd move two cards to right (Stars, Key) and then one card upwards which gives me Book.
Child +Book = Young lady or child is studying

Then I will move one step downwards instead of upwards, which gives me, two steps towards right (Stars, Key) and one step downwards which is Roads , Child+Roads = Young lady/child is facing a choice.

Same thing I can do for child on left side, like I did for lady, 2 cards (Tree, Ship) and then one card up (Fox) and one down (Tower)
Child + Fox = Child/Young lady is cheating/lying
Child + Tower = Child is abandoned or alone.

Example 3: 
5: Next step is to move up or down first and then left or right. Pretty much reverse of what we did in steps 1-4. I will take Birds for explaining this one.
If I'm standing at Birds, I will move two steps down (Sun, Rider) and then right, Moon.
Birds + Moon = A phone call at night

Now, again, two cards downwards, this time going left, Heart
Birds + Heart = A lovely message, an affectionate couple.

6: The same procedure, this time in upwards direction. Two cards to up (Stars, House) then right, Book
Birds + Book = A secret phone call. A secret is causing anxiety.

This time, 2 cards upwards (Stars, House), but to the left. Whip
Birds+Whip = A conflicting situation causing anxiety.

Things to remember:

• You cannot do all 8 combinations for each card. It will depend on the position of the card in the spread e.g you have 8 combinations for Birds (with Whip, Book, Heart, Moon, Flower, Fish, Tree, Storks) but you have only 3 for Lady (Dog, Key and Mountain).
• If you do 9x4 formation, you can have maximum 6 combinations for one card.
• Knighting is done to get extra combinations for the card, e.g to further explain things for Lady, or for love, or a project etc. These combinations give extra or supporting information. Try this for yourself and see how it adds to your interpretation.

Update: I had to make a decision about a guy about whom little do I know. The pages side of Book is towards him, which shows I did not know him completely. Roads reflect Flowers, it was a decision about an offer, which was important (Key) and required some wisdom and a sound judgement (Lilies).Dog reflects Mice, Ring and Storks. He was someone who wanted a long-term relationship, but I was just not able to convince myself that this is what I want, so I had to say No finally.

March 23, 2012:
This was about a decision about a really important offer. The Roads-Key combo tells me this decision must be made, before I could move forward. I also felt that till I make this decision, thing will not move. The Lilies part of the deal still needs to be revealed though. May be its representing another person coming into situation since we are still not done with March.

Trouble at home or with family leads to isolating myself again.

I had plenty of troubles at home and with family this month and many a times I had arguments which made me turn cold towards them.
Snake can be me and House can be Jay, my friend from last month's GT. He is not a very social man though. We have been discussing lot of things which make me see things more clearly.

Looks like there will be financial worries which will keep me stressed and nervous till a solution is presented.

Update March 28, 2012
This was one of those months when I was unable to figure out who was "man", who was "Rider, the news or the coming love (with Heart)" and why it was all so messed up. The only thing which was true for this month was financial worries, they kept me worried a lot at a time and finally they were solved. I'm still not sure I have all of what I need, but I can manage for another month at least.
The Counting was all positive cards and this man and I are swiftly being really good friends.

Looking at Book for project:
Book is in house of Ship, my biggest longing right now is to finish it successfully. Ship is in house of Tower, I feel alone but I know I can do it. Tower is in house of Anchor, bringing stability and determination, Anchor is in house of Dog, a friend can be of help, Dog is in house of Clover, yes it is possible he can be of small help, Clover in house of Scythe however I should be warned, Scythe is in house of Roads, I should be warned of different ways I'm presented with.

Counting: Book- Mice - Cross- Mountain - Scythe - Garden - Flower - Roads
It looks like initially I will be worried but then there will be delays that will make me cut off from socialising (may be focusing more on work) and bring many offers (for help may be , Dog next to Roads).

Knighting: It seems like a big, huge project which requires strength (bear), but I'm hopeful (Stars).I need to do some digging (Fox) and that requires determination (Anchor).

Update on Project: I started with lots of stress and there was lots to do, but Thanks God my document has been accepted without any objection. It was such a relief. The Stars were helpful and the Bear. A person did help me (Dog). The submission was blocked just when I was going to submit it on last day (Book-Clover-Mountain) and Book-Cross, but I had a success finally (Moon-Letter). The instructor emailed me that it was fine to submit it 3 days late because of the problem in system. The Counting technique has worked like a charm here. I started six days ago without any knowledge and I faced HUGE obstacles. I practically installed and un-installed at least 10 tools to develop the interface. I finally got it done within time and right when I had to submit it, there was a problem in submission (Cross-Coffin). Submission was delayed and then finally it was sorted and my document was accepted.The Roads now make me wonder which tool I will be using for the database.

Looking at Heart: Heart is in house of Mice, while in house of Heart is Child. There can be a new but naive love or some feelings of affection for someone.
Counting: Heart-Garden-Flower-Roads - Birds - Coffin - Rider - Moon
This looks like I will get many offers, may be online, and this will lead me to a decision point where the nervousness and anxiety will end and a message comes up or a romantic man.

Knighting: Heart -Key = sure love, which is long-lasting (Tree) but will make me lovesick (Birds) and arrival of new love is supported by three cards , Child, Stars and Key.

The Scythe tells me it can be a sudden one, and Clouds tell me it can be somewhat confusing.

The Ring and Tree bring an element of longevity to this love though! However them both can also be a sense of boredom.

Update: I have to agree with the feelings of affection for a friend this month. I really feel very nurturing and protective towards this guy. I just occasionally bumped into few people who were not really able to generate any interest. I did make a decision about an offer and after that my approach changed and I started focusing on man of my dreams (Rider-Moon).
The Scythe was actually a sudden end to a potential relationship, and it was because I was really confused about this guy. The Tree was actually the boredom. I just could not make myself get interested in this man. 

I have also been keeping a track of the combinations I have got in my daily draw and were also there in GT for March.Following have been there:

1. Roads-Clover = I went to a short trip out side city
2. Letter - Whip = Did two readings online
3. Clouds- Fish = it rained that day, I had a conversation with a man who always confuses me. I also made a scrying mirror that day.
4. Mice-Key = We had a mouse in our house that day. I saw it. Besides that I fell ill, food poisoning.
5. Tower - Whip = I had to sign a document at my bank. Me and my mother had an argument.
6. Fox - Ship = My car started troubling during an out-of city trip. I also made a vision board to fulfil my dreams.
7. Book - Fox (Knighting) = I read the book "The Secret".
8. Garden - Ship = Went out of city for a gathering.
9. Tower - Letter = An official letter was received about acceptance of document. I organized my papers in a proper file.
10. Ship-Snake = my mother was out of town for a gathering (Garden) she was invited to (Letter).
11. House - Storks(Knighting): I had a new addition in my room, a colourful bed cover.
12. Ring - Scythe : I ended up a potential relationship proposed by a guy.

So far out of 19 days, on 9 days my daily draws were directly from my GT.

Update: There is Flower with Heart and Ring which is a combo signifying an engagement. I was wondering that  have not heard about anyone's engagement. Last night I got a message from a friend who said he was engaged. This guy is younger than me (Child) and it was sort of unexpected (Scythe). Congratulations to my friend!

The combination Letter + Ring, with Flower can be a marriage proposal. It is topped by Scythe. I recently rejected a guy who proposed me about a month ago. So this was very much on spot.

I have found myself torn between many options this month. The mental balance seemed to be lost and a relationship that was once comforting was all of sudden hitting the rocks and situation was too unclear for me.

The First Three Cards:

Ring - Fox - Bear

A relationship (and I know exactly which one) requires some digging. Its time to open eyes and see through things with power of reasoning and logic.

This was referring to my relationship (a really strong bind and how I know Ring has been its symbol, because this card has always appeared in my readings for this relationship) with my Karmic soul mate. There were things that needed to be learnt and the thing I learnt the most from it was how strong I am, what mental and emotional strength I have got and how many compliments I can get for it (the last one was not a joke really).

The Corner Cards:

Ring - Mice / Man - Cross

A relationship gets broken, has holes in it, or is breaking up. Ring followed by any negative card means its hitting the rocks.

A Man is going to disappear from my life. The Cross ends whatever is to the left, here it is putting an end to this chapter.

Ring - Man / Cross-Mice

An unavailable man who is burdened and worried.

What happened was that, this Karmic soul mate of mine, I think our purpose in each other's lives was served, or at least his purpose in mine was. He did actually got wiped off the book of my life like he never existed. 

Fate Card: What is set in motion:

Garden - Heart - Rider - Moon

Garden - Heart can be a dating site, or a Lover's point, with Valentine's day this month, you know what I'm talking about. The Rider - Moon can be a romantic individual, a psychic message, a message in dream.

Well nothing like that happened though. There has been a new friend whom I met on line on a social networking site (Garden) and well, we clicked really good.I have been seeing lots of dreams this month, actually they are really vivid. I have not been able to interpret the meaning yet, but hopefully I will by next month.

Garden - Heart (a fair-heart person I met through a network of people) Storks - Clouds (brought a change, a positive change when the confusions were clearing up) House - Book (and makes me feel how introverted I am when it comes to family and close friends).

Rider -Moon (The dreams and the messages I receive at night through my divination methods etc, ) Sun - Mountain (are making me down, blocking my optimism) Bear - Whip (resulting in negative aggression and annoyed feelings, just like a Bear who is trapped in trouble.

The thing is that this month was really a bad time. There was lots happening at the same time, and most of that was because of Mars retro, Saturn retro and it was exhausting. I was greatly depressed because of my Sun sign ruler retro in First house, making me introvert, internally annoyed and at the same time Saturn retro right opposite my Sun. Too much frustration.On the top, Moon was being opposed by Saturn last few days, it was horrible.

Analysing Lady (me):

Lady is in house of Heart, and in house of Lady is Sun, even though things were twisting and turning, I was optimistic. My heart was warm and my head was high. At the far right of the spread, I was, however, constantly haunted by memories of the past. I'm so happy the month has finally ended. I would never want to be in the same place again. In house of Sun is Mountain, blockages, delays, being stuck, you name it. Its the exact Saturn opposite Sun placement here.

On top of lady is Man and Clover. Whatever was with this man and the small happiness I found, it was on my mind throughout the month. 

Below me, is Mice. Ok I agree it was in my control, but somehow, Couldn't do much.

I'm seeing that things are clearing up but still I see trouble with interacting with people or meeting new people, I have become cautious and then a friend helps out by bringing a fresh start and I feel like I'm going to a zig-zag road.

The peace and hope are not stable , rather shaky for me right now. I do feel a sense of independence found this month.

Knighting: I was feeling like I'm locked into the past and I've lost the key(Key), this was stressful(Mountain).A friend was quite helpful (Dog).

Analysing negative cards:

Whip is in house of House and is closer to house as well. I had plenty many arguments with my family members this month. The Bear was making me feel like a Bear who is trapped. Also I faced some financial troubles, I was short on money and that was more frustrating. Closer to Tree, it caused some health issues too when I did a posture in wrong manner during Yoga (Tree).

Scythe is in house of Garden, my social life this month was absolute Zero. I did not attend a single party this month.Scythe + Sun cut my laptop's power cord that day, Scythe +Birds was my ended connection with someone close. He all of sudden (Scythe) stopped texting and calling me.

Coffin, right next to me, I was literally mourning over my losses this month. Coffin is in house of Mice, yes losses, I dreaded them. In House of Coffin is Man, losing him! Behind the Coffin is Roads, my options that were not available any more. 

Mice is in house of Moon, so many worries at night, worries about emotions, worries about dreams, everything. Fish - Mice was a financial narrow-path I do not have enough money and I need some stuff done which I cannot do on my own.

Cross is in house of Ring. In house of Ring is Moon. There was this relationship which was more based on illusions and fantasies, it ended though, not as painfully as I had thought.

Analysing Book for studies:

Book is in house of Snake and that is how my exams went (*sad face*). In house of Book is Anchor, I need to get organized and stable in my studies, which I still have not. Things got a little stagnant because of the semester ending and the new semester starts next month. In house of Anchor is Rider, I should expect a news (Result) soon which will complete this semester (Ring in house of Rider).

Book-Bear I had lots of workload this month, Book-Storks but things have changed after exams, I can relax now (Till the result ofcourse).

Knighting: The exams ended (Clover) and waiting for new semester now (Child).The project is scaring me ?(Coffin) and I feel nervous (Owls).

Analysing Key for what is important:

Key is in house of Fox , Some lies and treacheries are meant to be opened this month (and they did) and in house of Key is Garden , which tells me its success or a new change in social life. Specially with Storks nearby , I did not see any change, but I did find my strength back.

Covering Cards: Every fourth card is removed and removed Nine cards are shuffled and are used to answer some questions:

Who is this person Dog:

Clover - Lady - Moon

This is a person who bring me hope and makes me feel romantic and sensitive.

What is this relationship (Ring) about?

Clouds - Mice - Man

Clearing up the confusions for a worried man.

What about this love (Heart)?

Whip - Child - Scythe

This is repeated new beginning which happens all of sudden.

The nine cards are then used as a large card formation:

The Clouds was me this month, so confused,troubled, nothing was clear.

In my head were the memories of him

At my deepest core was my emotions and the way I was feeling alone and strange, a lonely moon.

Behind me was the luck I had.

In front of me was the unrest, worries and hasty decisions.

In a GT there is lots to interpret, I would not write everything here, but counting and fours are a great way for gathering extra information. I will explain both methods in  my next post Grand Tableau part II.

Lenormand Grand Tableau: How to?

I have been asked by a few friends about how I do it which system I follow and what techniques I incorporate. I do not follow any particular system, what I do is a mix of techniques which I have learnt over time. I did my first Grand Tableau spread in August and it was focused on one area and also covered a period of Four months. After that I also started doing one Grand Tableau for each month for practice. Initially there was TOO much going on, too much to take in, too much to handle, so many cards, so many combinations, the stories did not make any sense, it was  a mess. However, with the passage of time and trying different techniques, I did learn a lot (and still am) about different methods and different techniques.

I use a 8x4 +4 system. I never even tried that 9x4 system, although this is the spread used by Iris Treppner in her course.

This Grand Tableau was not dated in my Journal but its from sometime around August 2011.  It was done generally so it covers a time of 3-6 months.

The Cut:

Andy has generously provided us this technique in which we cut the deck three times from left to right and peek at the bottom card. These three cards are the root of the tableau and are always important.

The Four Corners:

I start off with the corners as the main, highlight, theme, significant event etc of the month. Card 1 + 32 and 8+25. Then 1+25 and 8+32 for extra information. This is what usually occupies me during the month.

Example: Anchor + Moon = emotional stability
Coffin + Clover = some lucky transformation, some suffering which will happen for good reasons.
Anchor + Clover = Small work, some stability or stagnation for good
Coffin + Moon = emotional pain, suffering

Locating the significator:

Next I look at the Lady card, the house it is in and whats its position with respect to the spread.

Extreme Left= Looking forward to something nicer this month, future-oriented
Extreme right = Pre-occupied with thoughts, regrets, things from past. Looking back continuously

Extreme bottom = Too much on head/shoulders.
Extreme top= totally in control

I have been in all the four extremes mentioned above and I have learnt the above lessons from experience. Last month I was at extreme left, so looking forward to new things in life, in high spirits. This month I was at extreme right, too much thoughts and regrets of pasts haunted me.

The House lady is in (for me, for men it would be Man card 28) is very important. It tells me my orientation for the month and also the card which is in house 29, is my general "mood" for the month.

Example: Lady is in house 5, of Tree, I have some learning to do, some growth, spiritual and emotional well being. With Dog in house 29, I'd say I'll rather be friendly, helpful and trustful this month.With me in house 5 of long term goals, and Dog in house 29, I will learn to be trustful and friendly.

Past, Present, Future:

Look at the cards surrounding Lady.To the left is the past, and to the right is the future.

Example:  In past there have been some blockages and they were making me feel stuck, but grounded. These blockages were of complicated nature but I overcame them and reached the spot where I was feeling optimistic.
In future there are some troubles which will lead me to cut off quickly from whatever was causing the pain.

Diagonals:

Here comes an important thing about diagonals. I have learnt this from Andy's blog and this says:
Diagonals to left of Lady is Past and to right is the future;

1. Left Lower diagonal: Farthest past
2. Line behind Lady : Farther Past
3. Left Upper Diagonal: Recent Past
4. Right Upper diagonal: Immediate future
5. Line to right : Farther future
6. Right Lower diagonal : Farthest future

You are going in a clockwise direction and along a timeline.
The cards below Lady is what is in my control, the cards above are what is in my head, what I'm thinking or bothered about.

The Column I'm in is my present situation.

Miscellaneous matters:

Back to original spread given at top.Look at other cards to see whats going on in those areas.For these you can use standard cards for that area e.g Heart for Love, Ring for your marriage if you are married or in a long-term relationship, Book for studies, Man for your significant other.

28-Man is the most important man for that time in your life. Look at the cards surrounding him to see who it is referring to. Sometimes we cannot say for sure if that is the new boy-friend, or a brother, sometimes its a hunch or one particular card tells you its him.

Example: When I did this draw I was single. Lets look at Man card to see who he is. The House is closer, it can be a family member. Tower , someone Tall (all of us are really tall). Coffin, he is ill or going through some pain. He is in house of Bear, can be father. In house of Man is Clouds, he is in trouble, going through a rough period. I would say its my father. He was dealing with too much at that time and all the cards are pointing to that. He had a surgery for anal fissure (Scythe in house of Snake) shortly after this spread. He lost his mother shortly after the spread (Coffin in house of Coffin). 

Similarly lets look at 24- Heart for love.

Example: Heart is in house of Key. Love is coming my way or I will find a way to unlock my emotions. In house of Heart is House, so there is comfort. Next to Heart is Ring - Key - Storks, a change is definitely coming. Well it did, not shortly after the spread but within three months. If Ring and Heart are close by, there will be a happy union.

Who is who? (and what is what?)

Another successful and better alternative to the above mentioned method is shuffling the deck and asking which card is person X in this spread? This will give you a much better result. A fellow member on the forum mentioned this technique and it works excellently for me. You do not have to guess and second guess your theories about who is who. (and what is what).

Reflection and Mirroring:

Next step is reflection and mirroring. It is a classic method from Iris Treppner's course in which you make combinations as if you were folding the Grand Tableau horizontally and vertically. e.g
Card 1 + card 8
Card 2 + card 7
Card 3 + Card 6
Keep going like with each row.

For vertical: Card 1+ Card 25
Card 2 + Card 26
Card 3+ Card 27

and so on.

Similarly, more combinations can be used by:
Card 1+ Card 32
Card 2+ Card 31
Card 3+ Card 30

Card 9 + Card 24
Card 10 + Card 23

You can learn more and more about each card using reflection, mirroring and knighting. I'm not used to knighting as of yet but some people do that. I will not explain that here because I do not do it.

Houses:

Next step is houses. Each position in the spread is associated with a card. If you put cards in original numerological order starting with Rider in position 1 and Cross in position 36, this is the houses reference for that. Rider is first house, what is coming , what your current thoughts are. Clover is where you are lucky. Ship is the house of longings and so on.This way you will know what is going on in each area. Houses are further explained here.

Knighting:

This was a really extensive topic which required detailed examples, therefore, I did a separate post here.

Counting:

This is another very very useful technique I learnt. This techniques tells you to pick up a card as yoru significator (Lady/Man for individual, Heart for love, Book for project etc) and then count a specific number of cards from that cards and make up a story. Treppner says count five, so naturally I count five. I choose Lady, counting five cards from Lady (Lady card is number 1), and the fifth card is my card to be included in story

Lady >> 1-2-3-4>> 5-Rider>> 1-2-3-4->>5- Tower>> 1-2-3-4>>5 - Lilies and so on

you get it, right?

Lady - Rider - Tower - Lilies - House - Dog - Ring - Snake

Lady is receiving a news from an important man who brings her comfort  and this is a friend in a relationship which is complicated.

You can do the same for any significator card in your spread, Lady, Heart, Ring, Book, Child, Anchor etc.

The Fours:

I have used this techniques and it works very well for me. Although the surrounding cards in a spread expalin everything, sometimes we need a clearer and concise answer. For that, Treppner suggesta technique. You pick up every fourth card in the spread and shuffle it. Now think of a question. e.g Will I get any money? The Fish is my significator. Now out of those 9 cards you picked up, put one card on top of Fish and interpret accordingly. If I get clover, then yes, I am getting money. I usually pose 3 important questions and use 3 cards to answer each, utilizing all 9 cards in 3 questions.

e.g my question would be?

What should I be warned about (Fox)? and put three out of those 9 cards on fox card and interpret.

Who can help in the project (Book)? and three cards to answer this question

What kind of news will I receive (Letter)? and the remaining three cards to answer this.
