I feel like I will be socialising more among older and wiser people this week, may be a couple (King of Spades & Queen of Diamonds). This can also mean taking some time/counselling regarding a decision.

Since this man or resting period is the theme of the week, I guess there is not much excitement going on. actually I do not remember ever having Lilies as my theme card in a weekly drawing. I want to see what happens.

I was right about the resting period, specially with Scythe-Garden. I stayed in, all week long. Didn't go out for anything at all. Did some soul searching & felt sick.

I feel like taking a sharp decision to cut off from a group, a gathering or simply a decision to stay off twitter or facebook this week. I know where this is heading. It can also be me, having a cyber verbal fight (Scythe is sharp & cutting).

I was actually off from "people" this week. Thus didn't update any posts on blog too.

A decision which will result is a much more warmer & satisfied heart/love life. Alternatively, its a woman and a man reaching a point where they decide to open their hearts to each other (Queen of Diamonds & Jack of Hearts).

I had a choice, to make or break. I feel so utterly lonely these days, why? is it because I have shut myself in? I have a choice, we all do!
I had a heart-to-heart with my friend today, he is a Sagittarius  so he can be Jack of Hearts & I feel so good talking it all out.

Story Line:
A lady (me) is cutting off from social life, in order to counsel a man or take advice from a man about a decision which is about matters of heart. This decision involves Two men, one older & wiser & other younger & charming (King of Spades & Jack of Hearts)

I did cut off from people this week, and I did ask my friend what to do? The choice was rather between a man, older wiser & a guy my age & very pleasant & I must say, warm-hearted.

Theme card: Mountain: After having really stressful week, I guess I'm headed towards just another one. Mountain usually puts lots of burdens, delays things & hinders & blocks the way.Storks-Mountain-Heart shows me that the much anticipated Change or Improvement is blocked but at the other end lies happiness.

Whatever I felt like getting done this week, was delayed. Things stop making any sense & I find myself hanging in a zone of waiting & waiting. I hope it passes away before I start getting too impatient.

Left arm:

Out of nervousness & stress, I'm putting an end to some kind of improvement or change. The Storks reflect heart so I wonder if the change is related to matters of love.

I feel stressed. I must confess I do & out of this nervous energy, not knowing what is happening I'm taking some impulsive decisions, specially where the matters of affection are concerned. I believe I'm going out of my way in doing that. Sad!

Right arm:
Heart - Anchor - Snake
Its simply the stability of heart or emotions is shaken, the comfort of heart is not easy coming this week but there is stability or comfort between a man & woman when it comes to complications of heart.

This is exactly what the situation is right now. Between this man & woman, things are anchored, apparently, but I do feel that the comfort of my feelings or my affection, which I was mistaking, is actually shaken this week. At several points in this week I found myself questioning my own feelings, Is this the right thing to do? Am I over-obsessing? What exactly is happening? But I have to handle all of it on my own, because this man in question, wants stability above everything (Anchor).

I don't know how this will work, but I have to wait & see.

New Moon September 2012

Since I do not intend to go anywhere I will look at ship as the big change. Storks is small improvement, but Ship is when you have moved on, moved past, or moved for good to something better. The trigger for this is Rider, a man who recently visited/entered/re-entered my life. He is someone successful (Stars) & sharp-tongue (Scythe). He is also someone physically distant from me (Ship). As a result of this change, I'm more logical, shrewd, & probably playful.

This shows that Ship here means the time to change things, on surface & appearance.

The Ship has actually turned out to be the BIG change concerning my dealings with this man represented by Rider. I sent him a message on 23rd September, after 6yrs, & all of sudden it was like nothing ever went wrong between us at all. 

Corner cards: Rider - Fox tell us this man is someone very smart, also a liar. I never sugar coat Fox's role. Fox near a person card is always representing a liar & a cheater, although a very smart one. Fish-Mice shows there is financial issues or expenses.

A guidance or message had arrived that led to a loss of hope or faith. This relates to the time during last week when I was being quite hopeless about a situation.

Quick decision to move on to a relationship. I don't understand this right now. A long-distance relationship. A longing for a relationship. Whatever it is, I'm letting go of it.

A long distance connection. That is what I established right after this reading. I, unexpectedly, & without even thinking twice initiated a connection, which later became very strong, with a person very physically away from me.

I find myself being cautious when it comes to money or finances.

Key words: Slyness, deception.
This week's theme is slyness & deception. I need to stay alert & on my guard for this. The Fox can be me as well, being smart, playing the game, which I have just learnt in the last week.
Scythe is cutting at Fox, so some mental clarity is expected this week where I will be able to see through some lies or deception. There is Fox - Snake which is back biting  or hidden danger or a sly woman. The Scythe is cutting at it, so I'm sure I'll be safer if I'm watching out.

I had such a busy week that I literally had no time to update this. The Fox has clearly be me, I have been feeling quite "foxy" these days. I feel like I can see through lies & deceptions & I can rather map my way out more cleverly. There is a lady, an older lady who looks quite worries about my behaviour regarding a man involved & she might be back biting, I cannot really say.

An unexpected happy invitation or a letter/news/information which comes out of blue. The Scythe is cutting at the Fox, so I can say some clarity will be evident in a letter or a news. This will be happy news.

I have had a news about a friend this week which turned out to be a fake news about his interview & being short listed at a firm. Besides that I have been having great time, having so much fun.

Well, this turned out to be an older man, & things are not quite straight with him. I'm mentally too pre-occupied though, to understand.

Cards Analysis:
I just wrote a post about 10-Scythe yesterday and I used Scythe-Ring as an example. I here have Scythe-Ring reflecting/mirroring each other. I guess time to revise the lesson.

The theme of the week is Clover. Keywords are luck, hope, small happiness, small gain, opportunity, a small surprise. So this week is all about knowing I have the small window where the lady luck is on my side (literally- see the cards) so I should make the most of it.

Clover - Tower = work opportunity or happiness which comes from being alone & self reliant

Whats to the right is under threat, or cut off from, so I will probably say good bye to being alone and independent. This will result in some instant or sudden recognition or success.

Tower - Lady = a lonely, independent lady

So this looks like a threat or breaking a relationship/partnership resulting in a higher sense of gratification where what others think does not matter for this lonely lady who is not going to stay inside her shell now.

So this Scythe-Ring has been three things: For one, my final semester's result has been announced so this is like a relationship & commitment towards my studies ending (finally!). The second is I feel I'm free from a bond which I believed existed between someone & me. Somehow, somewhere they lost my trust & I do not feel that much attached to them now. For third, The Ring-Cross is like a relationship to pain, worries and burdens. I guess I have freed myself from useless worrying too about the project, about this and about that, so many things & I do feel so relieved and so happy now.

This lady is under stress because of this burdensome relationship or this lady is having a deep connection with pain and fate.

Lady - Tower = lonely but ambitious lady
Ring - Scythe = unexpected partnership, the danger to partnership passes
Cross - Moon = feelings and dreams become important.

So this lady is feeling burdened because of this relationship which is not so important now (Ring-Cross) but the relationship does not break, the danger will simply pass and she will realize she needs to trust her instincts more often.

The unexpected partnership bit rose when I was discussing the project problem with someone (a friend) and then he offered his help. He was hunting down every IT guy he knew and finally he found someone who could help me. Then I have forward the documents and everything to him and now waiting for some miracle otherwise I have to develop a Plan B. 

The Ring-Cross has been very nerve-wrecking. Both the contract I had with the developer and the personal connection I had with this guy, are getting on my nerves because both are not going anywhere.Its so heart-warming.

Extra Information:
I pulled an extra card coincidently, I lost count. This happened before and that card turned out to be important. Lets say it was the 8th card like the deck wanted me to know what comes after the Cross. That card was 17-Storks. A change is coming, indeed.

I have been expecting things to change before I start with the next month because I'm finally saying good bye to my student life & yay it does feel so wow.

French Cartomancy deck LWB: The sharp side of the sythe can indicate danger, cutting, pain, sharp objects, accidents, an operation. The blunt side can denote a harvest.

Like you can see Britta associated different meanings to this card than the other two even though the scythe points in same direction. According to Britta the pointed side is a sudden start to something to the right, and the side it points away from is a sudden end e.g Scythe + Ring is sudden start of a relationship & Ring + Scythe is an end to a relationship while Treppner's would be scythe + Ring, a threat or danger to a relationship and Ring + Scythe the threat or danger to relationship has passed.

Now my theory, this card has two sides. There is side towards which the scythe is apparently cutting, there is the other side, where the scythe is pointing away from. This is a negative card in my list and I specially pay attention to what is towards the right side of the Scythe (because my Scythe points to right, you take a look at your scythe and work accordingly). This is what I'll probably be cutting, inflicting pain, or simply moving away from. When I had Scythe + Garden I caught cold thus I had to stay inside all the time. When I had Scythe + Dog, my friend was mad at me for no apparent reason, when I had Lady-Scythe-Man I broke up with a man suddenly. The thing with this card is that you never know how it happens, but it happens just in a go, just like that, and you have already lost that thing next to the pointed side for all you know.
As far the side which the pointed edge is away from, is something you are left with, unexpectedly. I used the word "unexpected" as the adjective or modifier for this card. Ring + Scythe will be my unexpected partnership and Scythe + Ring will be my threat to a relationship or cutting off from a relationship/contract.
You have to practice and see what works for you. May be for you its the other way around.

As a Person: This is a person who has a sharp tongue. He is aggressive, very quick and impulsive, random and spontaneous. This person is also hasty.

As an advice: This card tells you to take a decision and a quick one. Do not think much, just do it.

In Love Readings: This card is a danger and a threat if the pointed edge is towards the Ring or Heart. If Scythe is the last card in the spread, expect the unexpected and I cannot assure it will be something good but its way better than having Scythe + Ring or Scythe + Man as your last cards.

This is the area of life where we feel pain or wounded. New Moon August 2012

This New Moon occurs at the 27 degrees Leo, the sign for creativity & personal recognition. This falls in my 12th house. The New Moon in the 12th house is a time for withdraw, pulling yourself back "in" and self-reflection.

Q: What is the New Moon going to bring me in next Lunar Month?

Theme: Moon = dreams, intuition etc but I chose to go with Public recognition & honours with this time. Its because the Moon is in Leo and its all about being the "star".

This is supported by the Trigger card Garden. So there is lots of public recognition, because of all the socialising & all the networking.

This month I have been so busy & the centre of lots of parties. I had lots of guests at home & the misunderstandings they had about me in the past have now changed to appreciation. So overall, this Moon has been very very lucky for me this time.

This is the site which always gives some information which always happens to be true.
Honestly I'm a bit scared because there are a few new people I met and I feel like they will stay a long time & two of them are Capricorn (ruled by Saturn).

I am stunned with the line "it cold be someone you may be able to get truly excited about seeing again"...what ? I have actually met someone "again" after 6years & I cannot tell you how excited I was. He came back in my life on August 18th precisely. It says he is likely to stay in my life a long time. well I have my doubts but I will let the events disclose themselves.

Stars - Coffin is a place where you have lost hope, and honestly, when you lose hope you are like half-dead already. Hope is the essence of life, it keeps you going, you always strive because you know at the end of the day its going to be ok. In my past experiences and specially my really bad relationship being over and me getting nothing out of it and then for 3 years I was trying to find it again, to feel that way again, but it just did not happen. It seemed like I had given up on idea of love. The Stars-Coffin was my hope of being in love, or even feeling it again failing. So actually I was just trying to ask if I will ever start believing in love again.

Key - Scythe shows that some really important "surgical procedure" is going on where I'm cutting off from the negative aspects. I'm taking some sudden decisions which are really important. The Key indicates that I'm at a really important point in life.

Well, this looks like falling in love with a friend.

And it turned out to be just that. If you guys remember we had Venus Retrograde in May2012 and that was precisely the time when this friend, who made a re-entry in my life and just the day when Venus turned retro, I felt a shift in my feelings towards him. I was and am scared if the shift was because of Venus not acting sober, but the retro has been over and my doubts were nothing.

Update:
Here is an update after 8 months. The Key always tells us what is important & what must come to pass. The key also represents solutions. The Scythe is the card which clearly means cutting off or getting rid of. The combo Key + Scythe on its own says "must get rid of". Scythe is also Jack of Diamond which represents a really aggressive person who is also blunt. 
That time when I posted this spread, I was single & not seeing anyone. I realised I had to get rid of the negativities in my life & most importantly my blunt nature where I quickly, and fairly quickly become judgemental.After this draw, the cards for future influence actually turned out to be pretty accurate *winking & skipping details*

New Moon in Gemini Reading (Updated)

We had a Solar Eclipse with the New Moon in Gemini on 20th of this month. The New Moon was at 0 degrees Gemini I pulled two sabian Symbols for last week and this week, both in Gemini. This New Moon, energized with the Solar eclipse was in my 9th house of higher education, travel and foreign matters. I am expecting to make some travel plans this month, and I hope that it happens just as I want it but nothing has been confirmed yet. The New Moon reading says the following.

Update June 3, 2012
Delays have been in everything I'm doing. The email I sent to my instructor which included my almost completed project was not delivered and I got late by two freaking days. (Letter-Mountain)


The longer it takes the Letter to get past the Mountain, the longer my confusions will stay (Clouds) because I need the instructor to have a look at my developed project and let me know if he needs any modifications. There is so much going on and its not going on like it should rather too slow. I have been facing delays in everything. The energy of the Mountain is risen really high around the Full Moon coming on June 4. 


I also had some data copied from the Uni lab into my flash drive and after an hour and half, when I came back home and checked it, there was NOTHING in the flash drive. The quicker I need the data, the more delays  faced. Turned out Uni was closed for the weekend. Further delays. I'm feeling even more crabbier now (Bear-Mountain). 

Project Dream Interpretation (updated)

I am a dreamer, a heavy dreamer, that's what I call it. I have a Neptune influence stronger since I was 13years old and I have a fantastic mechanism in my head which makes me remember my dreams for years. There are many childhood dreams which I can recall right now. So my dreams have always been an integral part of my life since forever. Sometimes its a down time and there are no dream recalls, which upsets me. I'm so used to seeing them every night. Sometimes there are more than one and I would remember each incident from each one of them. So the long story short, I love my dreams. Their absence makes me miss them.

So when dreams are an important part of your life, so does their symbolism and interpretation. I think this is what keeps me interested in them, the solving the mystery part. Over the long time and my practice with interpreting them, I have found that the main thing about any dream is the overall feeling. The minute you wake up and this feeling you have, yes that's the root of it. I have had this really amazing yet confusing dream last night and was very much interested in knowing what it wants to let me know.Another reason this dream was very important because sometimes when I'm very much disappointed in my waking life, I call out to my soul mate in dreams, I mean I meditate before sleeping to invite him in to my dreams, and last night he appeared.

I was inspired by Madame Seaqueen's Trigger Layout, therefore, I first chose to do a box of 9, but then rather did the Trigger Layout.

While putting the cards down, I focused on the events in the dream. The people , the colours, the feeling, the events in the dream. So here is the position meanings:

The central Trigger Row is the key. No cards were pre-chosen. 

I will first write what the dream was. So I had a one-to-one self-talk session for the first time last night. I put my thoughts on recording, for myself, so that I will listen to it later. It was like I was talking to a friend, out loud, I'm voicing my concerns and my opinions about myself. I'm having some rough time for about few weeks now. This self-talk did help me a lot. After that I was about to sleep and I called on to my soulmate, like I usually do and somewhere in there in middle of it, I slept.

The Dream:

The dream as I remember it started with me in my parents home. There was an event going on, I think my brother was getting married. This guy was our guest. He was in the room which is away from rest of the house. I went in there and somehow we ended up finding a connection between us. I was staring at his face and he was staring at me and then he was kissing me and I got up from the couch and started looking for something. Someone saw us kissing a while ago and all of sudden someone came there, and gave some negative remarks about us. I wanted to say that nothing wrong was going on between us but my voice did not come out because in my head I said "I was kissing him how can I deny, no one will understand". It was more like he was told to leave immediately and I was wondering what happened because no one is going to believe me that I had some soul connection with him, we were not just playing around. Then he left, he was hurt, I was hurt and quiet and everyone else was busy with the bride or something.

So the feel of the dream was a sense of having him, feeling love, feeling those emotions intensely and then losing him just because others won't approve.

Row 1: What the dream was about:

The First card is the Heart, which definitely shows that there was love (lovers) in dream. The Mice right next to it brings the idea of stealing, or doing something without letting anyone know. The Coffin sums up the painful feeling, the loss. The Scythe in the end however assures that I recovered quickly. I did not cry or scream or anything, I was just quiet, wondering about how he made me feel. So this row has excellently summed it up.

Row 2: The meaning:

Sun -Rider looks a good news, Rider looks like someone is coming towards me, but what's worrying me is the Snake and Tower. This could mean that someone will bring some happiness in my life, but may be I'm too cold and distant for him. In the dream too, I was feeling like I was not warming up. I was mainly quiet in the dream. The Tower also suggests that I need to stand up for myself, I should have stood up for him in my dream, I should have made him stay. Now I'm realising why the dream left me uneasy, because I did not do the right thing. Just because someone won't approve didn't mean he had to leave, right?

In waking life, I have got a confirmation that I should carry on with my self-talk sessions more often since they are opening up the emotional blockages I have in me. I'm usually not good at voicing my concerns, I will rather keep them juggled in my tiny head. So this looks like an affirmation that I need to open myself up, more in terms of emotions.

The spread looks positive even though the dream was fairly negative. I have actually liked interpreting my dream with this spread. I will see if I can get a few more (dreams) to practice the spread on.

So far, very glad I did it!


Update July 09, 2012


It was literal, and I mean very literal. I'm dating this guy, someone who made a re-entry in my life and just the day Venus Retrograde started I had a shift in my feelings. Throughout the Venus Retrograde I was scared if the feeling goes away when the retrograde ends, and if I end up hurting him again. After the Venus Retro I have realized that I'm actually in love with him. I have not felt this way about him before but now I do and it feels amazing. The most creepy part of the story about this dream, the guy in the dream was wearing a Maroon shirt and this guy, on our first date was also wearing a maroon shirt! 

Scythe + Heart + Coffin

Looks like a really bad combination, doesn't it? When I looked at it, I knew I was heading towards some uneasy feelings, some heartbreak may be, hurting myself today. Scythe is pointing towards the Heart in my deck and Coffin after Heart suggests its just another bad day. What was more surprising was that it was not my Heart!

Many a times when I pull out a daily draw I consider it related to myself only, but I completely forget that it could be other people too. Like for not even one second I thought that it could be actually me , hurting someone with my sharp tongue? Mercury has not even entered Aries yet !

I confess that I ended up hurting a friend. I was being rude to her and I was just getting annoyed and feeling uneasy but then I normally do things without giving them much thought. If you follow my blog you must have figured this out by now! So I apologise to her if she is reading this, I'm sorry. But hey wait, the good part of Coffin is that the grief lasts for only a short time and usually the energy of the Coffin card is wuickly transformed into some other happy energy, may be of the card which lies next to it, 9-Flowers.

Today I drew the cards:

Bear - Scythe - Sun

Treppner associates Scythe - Sun combination with electricity and voltages. Bear represents power and strength. When I drew this combination out I was expecting some unexpected money news or some success. I even considered the probability of cash outflow since the Scythe was facing away from Bear (some money is going off because of whatever lies next to Scythe). Instead of that it turned out that the power cable for my laptop had been twisted and cut at a point very close to the chubby adopter and now its giving me trouble. I need to get it fixed and changed and finally I have a combination which turned out true and which I can put here!

Waiting for a surprise (Update yay)

I have never shared this on my blog but before I started reading Tarot or Lenormand oracle deck, I made my own oracle deck. It was just out of curiosity, to see if I am capable of working with intuition. My deck contains some words, a picture (which I drew just to remind myself what meaning I have assigned to this card), a season (for timing) and some cards contain a Planet or a Zodiac sign's name on it. This is the way I associate that card with that Planet or sign (helps me memorizing). When I was done with the deck, I did some really nice readings, for myself and for many friends and even some strangers too, that were pretty spot on. Later on I bought myself a Blue Owl and a Rider-Waite deck and I forgot about this baby of mine. Yesterday when I was looking for something, I saw this deck lying there. I took it out and looked at my creativity. I just generally put a question about what is expected between now and end of February and drew three cards

Moon - Surprise - Letter

The Moon is a crescent, like you can see, so it mainly represents, new beginnings, a new seed planted which will cover the events of the next lunar month, feelings and emotions.

The Surprises card has Uranus written on it, because I associate upheaval, surprises, roller coasters with Uranus. Its something that happens out of blue. With this card, I expect the unexpected.

The last card is the message card.

So I was expecting a message, which might be received around new moon or when the moon is just a crescent. This message can be a new beginning or a romantic one.

When I woke up today, I did my daily draw for today. Its the first thing I do in morning (after my human moments of course).

The cards were:

Child - Scythe - Letter

Hmm, an unexpected message, a new beginning when I get a sudden or unexpected message. Wait, isn't this the same message from yesterday?
Look at the similarities - Moon /Child - Surprises/Scythe and Message/Letter. It is the same message in both decks.

This is the second time I have got same message from two oracles, actually this is identical message from two oracles. I'm surprised , no, I'm awed actually.I'm waiting anxiously for whatever this unexpected, surprise message is about.

Update: The cards were telling me to be ready for the surprise because I honestly did not know I will get this message. I got an email today about a surprise reading which was done. I was so not expecting it, it was totally out of blue. The message did give me a new hope and a new idea to look forward to.

General reading with 3x3

After I did those two readings with 3x3 spread, my friend wanted a general reading of his life.A snapshot of my situation is what I call it.

The most astonishing part is we first decided to take Heart out as pre-chosen significator, but then I decided otherwise and went along with a general. The Heart card has appeared in the centre, emphasizing that the cards are aware that current focus is love.


First card: Scythe
At the present moment he is thinking about getting rid of something, something that is no longer needed.He intends to make a decision and a rather quick one.

Lets look at Rows:
1: He intends to make a suddden decision of cutting back at his social life and bring about some changes that will bring improvement in his life.This is true because he thinks he spends too much time just socialising among people who serve him no good.

2: He is having some lovely chats with some one who is financially independent. The emotional side of Fish (water) also mixes well with the Heart card. His love life is sort of going nice, but a little anxiousness is there.

3: He is looking for a solution which unlocks his path and let him decide what he needs to do.

Columns: 
Past: He cut back with conversations with a really clever one. He thinks the conversations were too much fake and not what they seemed like.

Present: He is having lovely interactions with people which is making him realize some positive things about himself.

Future: A clear financial improvement. An increase of wealth through more than one alternative.

Diagonals: Scythe - Heart - Roads = A heartache made him separate paths.

Storks - Heart - Fox = Some changes in love life have made him cautious.

Scythe - Fish - Fox = Sudden sense of clarity. Cutting at the blurriness presented by water in Fish is cleared out and Fox is presenting logic and guarding up for self-interest.

Storks - Birds - Roads = Changes have made him nervous about what needs to be done, which option to choose. (notice the Twos in all three cards, two birds, two owls, two paths) faced with choices.

Scythe - Key - Storks = A sudden solution which brings changes.

Fox - Garden - Roads = Many treacheries and betrayals made him separate paths with someone.

Here in the situation we can see some positivity going on in present and improvements in future. The Queen and King of Diamond can be a couple so I do not look at Roads as a decision, instead its reaching a solution. It looks like a positive spread for future. Another thing I noticed was that he has two 8's (of spades and Diamonds) in present column: which means according to some authors, a brief affair which causes regrets and this is exactly true for him right now. Also 8 of Diamonds and several Person Cards (we have five here) means a social gathering. I think it will be in future.

 I wish him luck and happiness.

Taking out 7 cards

Scythe - Stars - Garden - Whip - Rider - Heart - Snake

The Whip in the centre with Garden and Rider tell me I might start gym this week, after I have recovered from the muscle pull from last week. Whip - Rider can be an argument with a visitor at home, or a news about a break-up. Whip-Garden tells me there are many arguments/discussions/troubles this week.

Scythe is back again, but this time there is a sudden idea possibly from a spiritual group online. I might visit some place at night (Garden-Rider) or someone comes over at night. The ides/new path will be lovely (Stars-Heart).

Rider-Heart-Snake : A troubled heart coming towards me. A news about a complicated love, a man with a troubled love life. Rider - Garden tells me he is someone social, Heart-Stars the love is wishes upon, and Snake - Scythe, the troubles will end.

Overall: There will be a sudden idea hit upon in a spiritual group or gathering where an aggressive man falls in love with an independent woman.

Adding the cards: 89 = 17-Storks Yay! A week with changes. Storks started appearing really often which I had some major uplifts in my life. Its really good to find them appearing again.

update: This week I started off with being gloomy and sad till I started paying more attention to my spiritual well being. There were so days when I was argumentative, pretty much a lot depressed. But I have been successful in having a person so close (Rider+Heart) to me who can handle all my moods swings (Heart+Snake).
Storks has been appearing a lot this month, I see some definite change coming up for me.

Weekly Draw Feb 12- Feb18

I forgot to write about this one in the past week, this spread ends today and I will just be writing a review of the situations in past one week.

Scythe - Ring - Ship - Man - Birds - House - Clouds

At the time I drew these cards, the most important man in my life was my karmic soul mate. He sits right in the middle. I thought it was him. Later in the week it was discovered it was not him.

Scythe-Ring tells me a relationship will break, a cycle of life will be discontinued, a new beginning happen when the Scythe clears the Clouds in reflection. Even though this relationship felt like home (Ring/House), it will clear things up eventually.

Ship right next to the Ring tells me there will be movement, away from the relationship(or whatever pieces are left behind). This movement is a journey which is not easy on my nerves and is making me anxious and nervous (Ship/Birds). Ship is moving towards the Man, so there is a new man towards whom I will be moving.

The Birds next to him show he is quite communicative person.

Update: There have been a sudden cut from what was between me and that karmic soul mate. It was nothing intentional, it just happened, like on its own. For last Five days I have not heard from him and I'm not even bothered. Instead a new man who is actually very verbal, has appeared. He makes me feel nervous. However, at the end of the week, I'm facing few setbacks (Clouds). I hope I will cut from them during this one week.

Two Oracles, One message!

Since I have taken up Rural Cartomancy course at Magic Circle School, I pull up at least one card everyday for practise. Today I pulled up 3 cards from the lenormand deck and three from playing cards deck. Here is something very interesting:

1. Lenormand deck draw:

Scythe - Heart - Birds

The moment I look at Scythe Card I'm always eager to see the card to its right, because the card the edge points towards tells us what is being cut at. The Heart right next tells me its a heartache. There will be an end to a love or I will probably hurt a sweet individual (Jack of Hearts). The Birds next to it tells me there are conversations, may be through text or phone. Now there are two possibilities

Scythe will end the romantic conversations
Scythe will end a love which will cause some nervousness, but this nervousness will not last longer.
adding them together = 46 = 10-Scythe, a strong emphasis on cutting at something. A hasty decision.

2. One card for Love:

 I usually pull out one card for Love, because the three cards draw can be anything, but one card for Love is for that only. The one card I got was "22- Roads".

Roads can be a choice, an alternative, two, sense of indecisiveness or separation (paths are separating).
This is interesting , I got two indications for a split.

3. Playing cards deck:
Moving on to the three cards drawn from playing cards deck

2 of Hearts - 2 of Spades - 5 of Clubs

2 of Hearts, love talk, exchange of emotions, lovers, couple
2 of Spades , separation, following 2 of Hearts , a split in a couple
5 of Clubs , things will work out eventually. The hard work is paid off. Recovery expected after bad cards.

So here again, I have an indication that there is a strong possibility of a separation today, definitely a romantic separation, but it will work out eventually or in other words, the grief will be short-lived.

I have to wait for the day to end, and see what happens. Will update when it manifests (I hope not).

Update Feb 17,2012: What I wrote about the Lenormand Oracle about the manifestation of 3 cards in 1-3 days is correct again. I was wondering all day yesterday what Heartache, I had an awesome day, I guess it is coming true today, because I'm totally heartbroken, and I'm totally sad and down because of it.
About the spread with Playing Cards deck, I did have some heart-to-heart romantic talk with someone, but we ended up having an argument the next day (today). I hope things work out eventually.

An amazing experience!

I've been sleeping with cards under my pillow for a few days now. I'm practising with card combinations and for that I pull out two cards and study them putting them as 1+2 and then 2+1.

last night I was tempted to pull out three which were

Tree + Clouds + House

This looked like a health improvement (clouds clearing up towards Tree and darker side towards House). so to me it was , improving health, which unclears something in house. This was totally not making sense because my grandmother has been ill, and I thought it was pointing to her health improvement, so why would it bring troubles or unclear situation in my home/family?

In my sleep I saw a dream which was showing me three cards ; Dog +Tree + House.
This is an ill man in house, a doctor for someone in house, a doctor making house call. I decided to look into the matter.

I looked back to yesterday's draw and I was Snake+Tower.From last week's draw Scythe+Snake was her fall when she broke her leg. Snake + Tower was telling me to look into the matter of her back.The Tree+Clouds was referring to the revelation of the matter not improvement.

This morning we got her x-rays re-done and found out that we have been missing a major information. Not only did her joint got dislocated, her bone has a huge crack in it as well, which the other day was not clear in the x-rays and Dog + Tree + House was telling me to take her to a doctor because we are thinking her bone has been fixed while it hasn't been.

Update: We visited the doctor and he is positive she needs a surgery and there is no other possible way. Now my parents are not sure whether or not to get her surgery done because she is very weak-hearted and not willing for the surgery.

These cards have started amazing me now!

Dec 10 - Dec 16 week

Storks - Mice - Book - Scythe - Dog - Lady - Heart

Over all:
Scythe in the centre explains the surprises and unexpected stuff coming up this week. The Book -Scythe is repeated. It looks like a hidden danger from a female friend who is all lovy dovey.This danger will be revealed after I have paid attention and improved whats worrying me.

Scythe + Dog = a friend in danger, a man in danger, a friend which one gets away from

Update: The Scythe in the middle has been pretty nerve-wrecking these days. My grandmother's x-rays were re-done and she's been having a surgery. Just today she was shifted to the I.C.U.

First Half:
Storks - Mice - Book =
Changes are stressful because some worries are revealed. i think its related to my exams.

Storks-Heart is exactly what I pulled last night while I was just playing around before going to sleep and pulled two cards. its also in my GT for December, I'm feeling like its being repeated too often.
Storks + Mice = negative change
Storks + Book = Changes after examination
Storks + Heart = Changes brought on by love

Mice + Book = no studying / apprenticeship, examination fails, a secret is revealed
Mice + Lady = woman is ill / worried


I'm pretty much nervous now because of the revelation about my grandmother's health. Some revelations that were not made last week are now surfacing and some unexpected, quick procedures were performed on her bone.
On a whole different level, I'm experiencing something entirely new with this new friend. I'm not sure we are going towards some romantic involvement but I do know that there are some mutual warm feelings.
I don't think I'll fail the exams but the stress seems to be related to not knowing what to expect in almost every area of life right now. Looking forward to the second half of the week which looks promising.



Second half:
Dog - Woman - Heart
A man and Woman are in love.
This is interesting.
Dog - Book tells me this is something about a friend what I don't know. Woman-Mice and this worries me, Heart-Storks but I will move on with a happy heart. This combo of Heart+Storks screams "a winged heart" to me, a happy, free heart.

Dog + Woman = a woman with a friend, a friendly woman, a female friend
Dog + Heart =loving friend
Heart + Storks = changes in feelings/love

it seems like a female friend is bringing some changes in my love for her. i wonder who this is or is it just myself here?

The woman. This was on spot. The lady was not me, it was a woman who has problems with her husband. Her husband is actually my friend. She has so many problems in their relationship but she is such a lovely lady and totally in love with the man but the man is not a good guy. I feel so much pity for her. This was the Friend with a secret, the secret being his dishonesty with his wife.The woman is not me, its her worrying about her husband's secret love affairs.


adding all the numbers I get 147 = 5+7 = 12- Birds which shows nervousness and communication for this week.

There have been soooo many phone calls and sooo many text messages I had to subscribe to 1000 texts a week to reply each and everyone of them.

Dec 3 - Dec 9 week

I tried to do it the GT way but didn't really liked it.It might be because now I'm so used to doing the weekly draws with 7 cards.
Q: What should I expect for next week?

A: Garden - Storks - Flower - Book - Scythe - Snake - Ring

Socializing brings changes which make me happy while I stay unaware how suddenly the complications in a relationship are cut loose.

Garden +Storks ; Garden + Ring, meeting people brings changes, meeting people/going to a place I go regularly. Storks + Flower ; Storks + Snake moving towards happiness and moving on, or detouring
Flower + Book ; Flower +Scythe  meeting a stranger will bring unexpected joy.

Flower- Book - Scythe = an unexpected encounter/offer which I don't know about. there was no unexpected offer of a hidden danger. I couldn't figure this one out.

First half:
Garden - Storks - Flowers = Socializing bring happy and pleasant changes, pleasant meetings

There was so much going on in these three days, I was busy and was surrounded and visiting people all the time.The Garden has started keeping me very very busy.

Second half:
Scythe - snake - Ring = A woman in danger, An unexpected twist in a relationship, suddenly all complications related to a relationship/routine matters, end.

My grandmother fell and broke her leg. Mama Whodun explained the Ring well on this

The concept of a ring comes from the Latin annum, i.e. a ring of the Earth around the Sun, or an annual event. The Ring following the Snake can mean that your Elder will see a return to health, however it will occur over the long cycle- think in terms of a year or more, as the Serpent is a spiral- an elongated series of ring like "steps" in a healing process such as physical therapy. Our English word ring is from Middle English ringen, from Old English hringan, which may be based on the sound made by a bell, so here it might suggest a warning- that she be careful or mindful of the complications that can occur from a break or fracture.

With the Ring reflected by the Garden as first card in your layout, it may mean she might require care from others either in a group setting or help at her home for a time during the healing process.

I'm hopeful about her condition though!

Interestingly the Hear appeared as the theme a lot of times during the week. I was somehow thinking a lot about warmth and affection this week.
